Cats will think the owner is weak?
4 situations where the cat will conclude that you are a weak animal, such as when you eat an orange.
When a cat sees any animal, it will make a judgment within 27 seconds: whether the other is stronger or weaker than itself.
This is the famous 27-second principle of felines, always able to quickly determine the difference between strength and weakness.
What about cats that have been kept in the home for a long time, will they think their owners are stronger or weaker?
A study shows that cats may think their owners are weak, and may even consider them to be weak animals despite their size.
4 situations that make cats think you are a weak animal
Cats do not think they are being "fed" by their owners who have been raising them for a long time. It does not think that you provide the food that appears every day, even if it sees you put it in the food bowl.
A Cat-Res study showed that cats do find "a definite connection between owner and food" but they do not think, as dogs do, that the owner "hunts for food".
Cats think that food is hidden by you.
In other words, the cat is looking at its owner from a critical point of view from the beginning. This is very different from the "submissive" mind of a dog.
If you do the following four things, then the cat will think you are weak and "unreasonable".
1. You eat junk food or some artificial additives containing a lot of food. Cats will judge the freshness of food by its taste. In the cat's world: high protein + fresh = a top flavor. When it finds that the owner eats food that is not only not fresh, and full of odd flavors, it will think that this is the result of a weak animal unable to catch top prey.
2. The water you drink is not clean enough, and you drink something horrible for the cat. Cats have a high demand for clean water. If your daily drinking water is "unclean", such as if you brewed something to drink, then your cat is likely to look at you with sad eyes. If the water does not contain enough trace elements, the cat will also think that you are unable to get quality water because of weakness.
3. You eat citrus fruits. For example, oranges, oranges, grapefruit, and lemon. These fruits for cats are their lifelong arch-enemies. Any cat, or the vast majority of felines, is very disgusted by the taste of citrus fruits. When you eat citrus fruits, cats think you are some kind of weak herbivore or omnivore. In nature, most small animals that eat citrus fruits can be preyed upon by cats.
4. You do not exercise for a long time, always sitting on the couch or lying down. Cats will think that athletic animals are great. When you sit on the couch for a long time, the cat will think you may have some kind of health problem. Cats can smell a certain degree of health on people, a person who does not exercise for a long time will give off a certain kind of cat feel "bad" smell. Over time, cats will think their owners are very weak.
When a person always eats junk food, drinks unclean water, eats a lot of citrus fruits, and does not like to exercise. The cat will think that the owner may be some kind of big, weak animal. Especially when the cat finds that your jumping power and running power are far less than it.
If you want to be perceived as a strong animal by your cat, you need to eat more healthy natural food and exercise more.
I hope you succeed in avoiding the "weak" eyes of your cat and become a healthy and strong animal in the eyes of your cat.
