So, research, talk with your vet, and see which would work best for you and your dog.

All supplements mentioned in this article have been tested and approved by the National Animal Supplement Council (unless otherwise specified on the packaging, etc.). Some supplements gradients and benefits, similar in ing, but are included here to give you options.

Dogs are like family. We always want to do what's best for them. We give them high-quality foods and treats, take them on fun adventures, and let them sleep in our beds. In the past decade or so, the dog food/pet food industry, in general, has been changing a lot.

Some companies offer fresh or frozen food, raw diets, or higher quality kibbles made in other countries and shipped to US pet food chains. Feeding high-quality food is excellent, but in some cases, you might need to help your dog stay healthy in more ways.

Then, they get the same old food every day. This is a short one-item list that can give you some ideas if you want to make sure your dog is extra healthy.

1. Stella and Chewy's bone broth

Bone broth or goat's milk is an excellent additive for dry kibble. Adding this helps your dog eat their food without needing to chew. Often, superfoods like pumpkin, turmeric, and other healthy and pet-safe options are mixed in to use the extra to help boost your dog's digestion and overall health.

This product requires refrigeration after opening.

2. Grizzly hip and join liquid formula

If your dog is a breed that is prone to hip issues, you might be on the market for a good hip and joint supplement. Grizzley pet products use high-quality and delicious ingredients in their liquid hip and joint formula. So you don't have to worry about trying to give your dog a pill or large capsule.

This brand also offers an omega-3 three and a food supplement.

3. Missing link skin and coat supplement

Sometimes, we want our dog's skin and coat to be extra healthy. If you're looking for a good, affordable skin and coat supplement, check out the missing links. They also offer other great supplements and nutritious treats.

4. Zesty paws multifunctional 8-in-1 bites.

Suppose you don't want to take multiple supplements; use this great 8-in-1 (or 8-in-11 bites for senior dogs) from Zesty Paws. It has various uses in one supplement, which is very helpful when you can't get every product you want or need. Sometimes, even just one supplement with multiple benefits will do the trick.

5. Weruva Pumpkin Patch Up!, Pumpkin Puree Pet Food Supplement

If your dog or cat struggles with digestion issues, Weruva makes a great pumpkin supplement for your pet. It's small and easy to use. After opening, it needs to be refrigerated.

6. Stella and Chewy Meal mixers freeze-dried raw.

Dogs love treats and all sorts of fun foods. In recent years, some people have switched their dogs off kibble altogether, and their dogs thrive much better on a fully raw diet. Lots of people wish they could switch their dogs to a fully raw meat diet. But in some cases, it's just not always feasible. So sometimes, adding freeze-dried raw is the next best thing.

Stella, Chewy, and Open Farm are two brands that create freeze-dried raw meat for kibbles. It's not full of raw beef but has nutrients, scent, and taste. It can also be used as a treat.

7. Nupro Natural Supplement

Nupro is one of the highest-quality supplements on the market. It has been around the longest (since 1995) and offers natural immunity and joint supplements. It is all health and, decree helps with oversea in some cases, s shedding.

8. ProDen PlaqueOff Powder

Let's face it: We struggle to take care of our dogs' teeth. They hate it when you try to brush their teeth. The dental treats you use need to be stronger. Or you have to pay the groomer or vet a lot to keep their teeth healthy.

Food and water additives help your pet have healthy teeth between vet dental procedures and groomer visits. Proden Plaque Off powder helps your dog's teeth stay healthy and eliminate all the nasty stuff without worrying about scheduling the next groomer appointment as soon as your dog's breath isn't smelling the best.

9. Native Pet Omega oil

Another great supplement is Omega Oil. Native Pet is a newer company that makes all sorts of great supplements and chews for your dog. This oil is one of their most popular products and has great results, according to pet parents who use it.
