What Would I Do Differently if I Were to Return to My 20s or Even 30s?
If you are in your 20s, this is a must-read for you.

Your growth and success are more guaranteed and accelerated if you start sooner in your endeavors.
With that context, I am trying to reflect on the following big question in this article.
What would I do differently if I were to go back to my 20s or even 30s?
The objective is not to share things from a regret standpoint, but more from, how others can leverage on this wisdom to take actions that can enhance their lives apart from giving them success and growth.
Here are 5 things I would do if I were to return to my 20s.
Learn more about finance
Personal finance and financial freedom. Those are the two keywords to remember. Whatever path you walk in your life, without taking care of your personal finance, you cannot achieve your full potential.
Why?
Because finance is something that holds 90% of the people on this planet. Making a life itself is good enough work for fixed-mindset people. All they would do day in and day out is earn their livelihood.
Get up, get ready to go to work/college, spend 10 hours at work, have a happy hour in the evening with beer, watch TV for an hour or more, and hit the bed. That's all they do, without getting tired of it.
You know what? There is nothing wrong with it. but then, if a thought struck in you and you still ignore that powerful thought about you expanding in this universe, then, it is not the right thing that you are doing.
To do that, to expand in this universe, you have to solve the equation between money and your livelihood for your life.
Once you do that, you can get onto doing bigger, better things, which will not only enhance your life further but also others.
E.g.?
Without solving the finance equation in my life, I could not have transitioned from a 9-5 IT job to a full-time health and wellness coaching profession. It needed me to work on my finance equation a decade before!
Exercise more regularly to keep up my health and fitness
Your health is the very foundation of how you lead your life. You can't say it better than that.
Exercising regularly and keeping myself fit for more than 14 years, has only accelerated the growth/transformation process in my life.
14 years ago, I was not even able to take care of myself well, forget about me taking care of my family.
I was struggling with my own health, stress levels, body weight, and killing laziness.
Today, I believe I have come to a decent distance in life with a tremendous set of learning which I am able to give to others and help better their lives.
Be it as a writer, a health and wellness coach, an ultramarathoner, or a wellness enthusiast, I am only evolving and looking forward to what more I could become.
More than that, what more I could offer to this world as part of that process?
Get onto it. Never delay. You better your health and fitness, and you can be guaranteed to become better at life-handling and life-transforming aspects.
Have more mentors to get guidance
I learned about coaches and mentors, not very long ago. But then, I always leveraged a lot of help from them.
Through good colleagues, good friends, and good relatives.
You have enough great people who can offer you great tips/techniques/secrets about growth and success.
You only need to identify them and leverage them well in your life.
You can do everything by yourself. you cannot self-learn everything. You don't have that much time. That's where just hearing from them will come a long way to give you some golden perspectives.
I reached out to so many people in my transformation to becoming an ultramarathoner or an author.
When you have a vision or a goal, you are the one who holds 100% responsibility. And you need to do things that will help you reach your goal or vision. To do that, you definitely need mentors or coaches.
Read more books
For the last 20 years, I have been reading. But more on and off except for the last 5+ years.
Reading consistently makes you think differently. It helps you see perspectives that you may otherwise may not even get to experience or touch in your life.
Reading from various authors about a particular topic or an aspect of life gives you an understanding of the possibilities of life.
Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, The Psychology of Money by Morgen Housel, The Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert, Ultramarathon Man by Dean Karnazes, Eat and Run by Scott Jurek, The Lore of Running by Tim Noakes
Just a few books that transformed me the most about finance, writing, and running.
Understand the history more
I hardly understood history for a major part of my life.
Even now, I would say I hardly know a little about history. But then, I have started reading history a bit. People, places, historic significances, ideologies, and principles.
When you read history, you get into kind of step back and have that bird's eye view insight into things. You get to become more humble in life.
You learn that you are nothing in this life and the planet but at the same time, you also understand the power of living truly and sincerely to bring a difference to people and the world in your own ways.
Reading history will do that to you, I can promise.
There are more than one ways to consume content these days. It need not be reading only books as was the case a few decades ago.
You have every bit of information at your finer touch.

Maybe there is more to add. But these 5 are very core to both success and growth in my view at this time with where I stand.

Exercise more regularly to keep up my health and fitness
Have more mentors to get guidance
