Normal what we all do when we wake up, Check time on our smart phone, and Start Scrolling for hours, some times we even forget those things we wanted to do every morning like doing exercise, going for a walk, or eating breakfast. or cleaning dishes so on.

My Friend often Skips his breakfast in the morning times. because he so busy checking on mobile.

What Will happen If we continue watching Mobile ?

It can easily lead to time wastage as you might get lost in social media or other apps.
