If you want to do any work in life properly, it cannot happen without happiness (happiness), but there are some things by which you can find peace by maintaining your happiness. Change your mind: Unfortunately the human mind has a tendency to forget the good things quickly and keep the bad memories inside for a long time. However, under a process called "neuroplasticity", you can change the way your brain thinks. You can teach your mind to be happy.

Being optimistic affects your body in many ways. Focus on your today so that you can give more happiness to yourself and others.

Take small things as an experience. If your mind wants to learn to be happy then this is the best way. Feel like a pleasant day, take it as an experience, if your friends appreciate you for something, accept it wholeheartedly, remember these small moments and be happy.

Jealousy can steal joy from your life. Therefore, overcome any jealousy that you feel in your heart to learn to be satisfied and grateful for what you have. To completely get rid of jealousy, stop comparing yourself to others. Rather how can they be better than others. Always stay away from bad people and bad things
