The seeds of division

We are in unprecedented times, at least I can say that for myself because this is a moment in time when I am no longer certain of where right and wrong are. In the past it was pretty clear to tell what right was and where wrong began because those pushing them forward were pretty clear about which side they stood on. But in recent times, I won’t say that the wrong side has become right, but rather the right side has become a lot wrong.

The forces of evil have found their way to infiltrate the right side and now that has created a lot of division among us. Before we neglected this infiltration, we just saw it as something which wasn’t going to last or even go very far, but now the seeds of division have blossom and are ready to bear their fruits.

I could easily blame our negligence and say that we should and could have done much more to ensure that things don’t get to this point, but that won’t be very accurate. This is just a cycle we go through every now and then, where the forces of evil grow strong and it's time for us to use the light to send them back where they come from. I don’t think there is much we could possibly do to prevent them from growing, they are malicious, and they will always find a way to grow their influence till they become destructive for everyone.

It's in moments like these that we have to step up and do what is right to protect not only peace but also the future.

Light grows dimmer

Everywhere there is light, there is also some darkness which seeks to grow, it slowly grows its influence, creeping everywhere it possibly can and preying on the fears and concerns of others. Even when there is nothing, it creates those fears and instills them into people to breed a fertile ground for itself.

With time, the light starts dimming since its shine has gone unchallenged for so long. It grows dimmer by each passing day till the point where darkness finds a solid foothold in the hearts of a select few. The more the light grows complacent of its dominance, the more the darkness grows strong in the hearts of some. It eventually gets to the point where the darkness gets strong enough to challenge the light and fight. This leads to an epic battle between light and darkness where light is not always the victor, there are many battles in the world right now where the darkness is clearly winning, where evil reigns.

Light exposes everything

We are naturally attracted to light, in it, we find a universal happiness to which everyone can relate and find something for themselves, darkness can only grow through malice and a web of lies. When you combine ignorance as well to these lies, it makes things even worse, but when light comes out, it needs not hide or use malice to grow.

It exposes everything and puts people face to face with reality, one which they can’t deny. Light shows us who we are without any lies, its like a mirror in front of us. We may not like what we see, but we can always tell what is right and what is wrong when we look at ourselves in that mirror, whether we like what we see or not.

The light exposes the lies of darkness, it exposes our fears, doubts and mistakes, it exposes all the malice the darkness used to manipulate us. Its victory over darkness is clear, undeniable, and generally accepted by the world.

Conclusion

The qualities of light are clear, when you start using lies to justify your actions, then you know you are walking in darkness. Light need not use malice, lies, forgery or anything devious to express itself. It's direct and walks without any fear, all its actions are clear and acceptable. If you have to go through darkness to prove your light, then you were never in the light.
