The Giving Trend
Giving can be quite rewarding
A lot of times, people feel challenged and lost. They require food, clothing, comfort, guidance, and opportunities.
When you empathize with them, one would want the next person one meets to give a helping hand too.
Sometimes we feel bored, out of place, or undervalued. These could be times of giving. We could harness the power to give aid and opportunities to people through our ideas, work, and contributions.
At times I feel the more positivity goes around, the more benefiting it is for a community as a whole. Also, more people forgive and help each other is rewarding in the same way.
It doesn't take much to start a project to help but there are other ways of giving such as conservation, moderation, and preservation.
For instead when it comes to food, we should waste not and want not. If we eat all the food we buy, there will be more for everyone. Also if we are moderate and eat healthy instead of gluttony, it is better for our health too.
Also, we conserve resources and recycle, the world will be a better place.
Recycling fruits and vegetables with spots on them but are good to eat, for example by using them as raw goods in the factory could help solve the world hunger and poverty problem.
If you don't overuse your smartphone, you preserve the health of your eyes and their treatment cost. Also, you get to be mentally and physically healthier when you unplug.
A thought for yourself and others could go a long way in helping yourself or others.
However, they will be times when you need more than usual. But if you take care of your nutrition, rest, and exercise, these times will be less. If you overdo or do less than required, they may be more.
We have helpful resources available and help from professionals to steer us in the right direction to give and live healthier.
When you exercise your mind or body for volunteer work, you experience better health and gain experiences remembered lifelong.
Remember to be mindful and grateful for all you have and give a helping hand to someone in need.
When you contribute by being artistic you could lift the society with art or engross everyone with the beauty of your art. This helps brighten someone's day or you could sell it and make a donation. Thus giving often proves to be a rewarding experience.
Often people who are not shown kindness don't know how to show kindness.
The advice given to those with lesser experience would go a long way in perfecting the workforce.
Dreamers are our future and what is dreamt of today will make tomorrow a better and brighter place. We should also help a person up by allowing them to better their lives by teaching them or helping them get hired and not just offering to hand me downs that are a temporary suggestion and won't take them far in life.
It could be a listening hear, advice, help, or a donation of some kind. Inspiration and innovation also go a long way in uplifting and helping the communities.
Especially in times like these, it would make a difference and help us all to move ahead.
If we help volunteer by innovating a product to make life easier for someone like for instance writing a book with the knowledge one has on a particular topic with advice, could encourage and motivate someone to aspire to form a business with the ideas in the book, providing goods and services which will help uplift the community.
Those in this business put this plan in motion and find it quite rewarding and in turn the community becomes a better place for all. However, this would not happen if the one that had the idea did not have a giving spirit.
