Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
What you need to know about self-preparation
As human beings, we tend to feel more in control of our circumstances when we are prepared. We have the tools, equipment, and skills necessary to handle whatever comes our way. But sometimes we need a little extra help to get through a challenging situation, and understanding how self-preparation helps is important to our survival.

Your Karma Will Make You fortunate
When something does not turn out the way we want it to, we attribute it to bad luck; on the other hand, when something that we want does turn out the way we want it to, we attribute it to good luck. But the fundamental issue is whether or not any of us really have any influence over our own good fortune.

Are We Allowing Goodness To Percolate?
It’s vital to have good thoughts to produce good writing. How do you have good thoughts? By surrounding yourself with people and events that produce good results, reading good literature, and consciously having good thoughts. While all this may be true, how does one define good? Isn’t good subjective from every individual? That may be, however, if it’s benign, healthy, and something that brings bliss can be considered as good and almost everyone might enjoy or would like to associate with that goodness.

Get inside the mind of a depressed person
Today, when young people are under a lot of pressure that they can't get rid of, they are more or less likely to have some psychological problems or to be depressed and upset. If you are aware of this situation yourself and are pessimistic about whatever you look at, you can seek help. When you find yourself too depressed to keep going, be sure to see a doctor or talk to a friend to avoid sticking it out alone.

How To Motivate Yourself To Write
I was an occupational therapist who specialized in cognitive retraining for ten years, working primarily with people with brain injury, depression, and low motivation. I also have personal experience with low mood and low motivation. I struggled with guilt for many years and still do. With mental training over the years, however, I have become more proficient at crawling out of the quicksand. One of the things that really helped me was finding my passion for writing. It made a world of difference. If you found the joy of writing like I did, congratulations. Before I get into strategies, I would like you to keep two things in mind.
