How to become motivated to become the best version of yourself.
What and How To Build?
What and how to build? I love morning walks. Not because I have to get well but because this is the time of the day when I am with myself. A couple of decades ago, I used to do a segment on a friend's radio program. I used to think of talking on some topic, and from that, I could find a lot for myself.

My Passion for a Healthy Lifestyle
A bit about me. I have been an athlete since I was 6 years old. I had started as a competitive swimmer at a young age. Swimming was an outlet for me from my life and some of my childhood and family issues. I continued to compete in more Sports as a healthy outlet for me and to gain confidence and a positive mindset. I became a champion in over 9 sports, and went on to coach many other fitness, children, adults, amateur and professional athletes as well. Since a young age I didn’t want to eat meat. It was unappealing to me. My family forced me and I accepted it, at 13 I tried to be vegetarian after 8 months and nervous about vitamin deficiencies I stopped. By the time I was 24 I was eating mostly farm grown veggies and consuming organic meats.

Importance of showing gratitude in life
Do you hear more whining, blaming, condemning, and judging among your friends, coworkers, or family members, or even from yourself? Or do you hear people expressing gratitude for things and people in their lives? Do you like to convey gratitude, joy, and goodwill, or do you prefer to add to your own or others' despair and gloom? Appreciation is extremely important in our lives, and we must acquire this trait.

5 Things That Made Me A Better Writer
I had been a closeted writer for years. Writing in secret, I pored over my Word document for months at a time, watching that word count steadily climb, and told no-one about it-- save my closest friends. The last thing I wanted was to tell someone I was writing a book and have nothing come of it; I'd be degected and ashamed of my unaccomplishment. If I waited until I had "something to show for it," surely that would be better.

Building a business around your hobby, passion, or craft.
There is one thing that I love to do more than anything else. It is designing consumer products. Lately, I have been focusing on designing small household products. My designs to date are simple. Later, design plans will include embedded software and mechanical parts. Two recent designs were phone and tablet holders. With my designs, I am not inventing anything new. I am just taking an existing idea and refactoring it with my creative touch. What I have been making could be considered art but let us not debate that now. So, why do I love designing as I do? The reason is simple, “designing makes me feel good.”

How hard can it be?
When I’m in full flight, when I’m waxing lyrical, holding court or speaking passionately about any particular subject, it is usually about making something. I am a crafter, a maker, someone who will have a go at pretty much anything that looks interesting or difficult. As a kid I used to make jewellery from copper wire stripped out of the electrical cable offcuts discarded by the sparkies who worked on our house. At the age of 10 my sisters would “encourage” me to make scones for them. As a teenager I found a cookbook for sweets and would boil sugar for taffy and caramels. I made my own clothes, including a coat and school uniforms.

Creativity is a grand adventure. Be the best you can be, in all that you pursue!
How do you find inspiration in the darkness of the night? When all hope seems to fade into darkness, the night seems prolonged, and the morning star doesn’t arise in your heart? When the shadows of uncertainty continue to linger, and doubt gains a foothold into your mind. What torch do you use to bring revelation towards your path forward, a fire of inspiration to the very depths of your heart? In the darkest times of life, when hope seems nothing more than a fool's pursuit, and the world seems a darker place, it can be difficult to stir hope. Seemingly nigh impossible!

I Tried These 3 Ways that Helped me to 'Overcome Procrastination.'
Hey, guys, today, we're going to talk about laziness, procrastination, and I want to tell you that I'm going through a period of my life where I'm the least productive. If I take 25 years that I've lived already, I think this is the most unproductive time, which might seem different from your perspective because you see me posting stories. But the thing is, to post 1 story on Medium takes me maybe like 30 or 40 minutes. But the rest of the day, I could be, you know, sitting and thinking that I don't want to do anything. There's no motivation to do anything, and I know what's going on in my life. So I know why this is happening, and I know that they're going to go away eventually.
