The Transitional Period
Amove towards the future feels like forever. From new experiences to busy schedules. A time is upon the dawn. Traveling through a time that’s always accelerating, distance is what curves the present. Leaves of a blooming rose falls over to be seeded into the ground so that their own rose buds may bloom. Forces of life blend & change like leaves in the wind. While a single rose, loses its petals if flows through the air so it can be with another.

Is The New Normal, For The Better?
Many of us have been asking if this new way of life will be the new normal. Some seem to believe so since we've been living in it for months at this point. We've done as we've been told, washed our hands, we wear the masks. We do everything that is asked. Now the question becomes mingled with another, is this new normal for the better? Are we taking steps in the right direction, or could we be building the foundation of other future problems?

The Mind
Is consciousness different from the mind? Yes. The mind is an organ inside our body that helps us think and it has other jobs like telling you when you’re afraid sending signals to your nervous system. Consciousness is something else. Consciousness is beyond the mind. It is beyond thought.

I’m Invalid
My feelings don’t matter. Why do I feel this way? Others have it so much harder. So much more pain in life. What right do I have to feel bad over mine? I feel like a terrible person. I shouldn’t annoy others with my feelings. Why can’t I just get over it?

Meanderings of the mind
I awoke early, much earlier than usual. I lay in the darkness looking at the sliver of moon I could see through the crack in the dusty blinds. My mind tried to wander over the remnants of the dream I'd just been in. Feeling my heart begin to race, and my mind begin to wander, I smiled. Folded my hands on my chest and said hello to God, the Universe, the light and love. I don't want to play this game anymore. No more worry. No more yesterday, as today is a miracle all it's own.

A Dark and Turbulent Time
It's 2018, just a little less than 2 years ago when I experienced a moment in my life where I didn't have anywhere to live and was basically trying to live out of my car just so I wouldn't have to give my dog to someone until I got back on my feet. It was summertime. I had lost all faith from my family. My friends were there for me as much as they could be but for the first time ever, I felt truly lost. My mother had enough of my juvenile ways and I just wasn't ready to stop.

“Who did this?”
It’s was the beginning of the summer of 2020. The year started off with nothing but tragedy after tragedy. It was beginning to look like a Great Depression all over again. Many people losing jobs, police brutality expanding to murder with no justice, and riots worldwide. It’s a man made disease that’s causing the world so much stress! Look at it like this, money is the root to all evil because money controls the economy with racism still effective today!

Mindful Strides: Energy from Above and Below
A mindful walk is an excellent way to soothe a troubled mind, and can be accomplished by just about anybody. For this guide, you will need to be able to find a tree along your route. If you don’t have any good routes where you are for this, try to apply the visualizations to any other large structure you might see.
