goals
Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Okay, Now What?
In the beginning, you have a vision. It’s exciting. You work on the details, you have all the hopes and dreams of what could happen. You create the theme, logo, designs, people you want to work with, the ideas are bouncing back and forth, and you have the plans all laid out. Then you go out and do it. You made it happen. You’re amped, telling everyone, you’re working a crazy amount of hours and you’re producing so much work, things are happening then suddenly… things simmer down and you find yourself asking, “Alright, now what?”

How 'The Secret' Changed My Life
I cannot stress it enough to my friends and family how much the law of attraction has changed my life for the better. To those of you who might be confused on what the law is, it is the belief that positive thoughts will attract positive life experiences and negative thoughts will attract negative life experiences (like attracts like). The law of attraction manifests through your thoughts by using a combination of visualization, emotion, and words. This law is the reason why you'll find yourself in similar situations as others. For example, it brings together people of similar interests, who unite into various groups, such as political groups, sports teams, sports fans, fraternities, etc. This law can be used for your advantage to attract all the lovely things your heart desires. With a little bit of practice and the right perspective, you'll be able to have anything you want!

Life's Challenges
It’s not easy to face the many different challenges life has in store for us. As children, the term challenge is almost a foreign term that’s hard to understand. Each day individuals wake up to a fresh new day to do and be better than the day before. Those individuals who are goal-oriented view each new day as a fresh start, a time to improve on the previous day’s attempt to get closer to reaching goals. Depending on what that goal is, and the complexity of reaching it, it can be quite challenging when unexpected issues arise, such as time and money. This is when determination must take center stage on getting to where one wants to be.

What Having No Friends Taught Me About Myself
I recently bumped into an old friend—a friend I hadn’t seen in years. The last time we saw each other, we were in high school. We were planning what we were going to wear to the next house party, crushing on cute boys, and going to first period together. Fast forward to today, I worked in the city and so did she. This was all I knew about this girl, this girl I was inseparable with 10 years ago.

How I Got Creating Again
There have been moments I've questioned if I'll ever want to create again. At times it gets bad enough I question my own ability at creativity. Months on end of not wanting to draw, write, record... do anything that requires developing an idea. When I do begin to try, I question every stroke and every sentence. Nothing quite hits the mark.

The Only Limits, Are the Ones We Set Ourselves
Are you down and not sure where to go? This is the best opportunity you will have, and there is no better time to capitalize on your life. Chances are if you're reading this you can't be much older than 30 or 40. Take a look at yourself, and if you're where you want to be, congratulations. If you're not, stand up, get up, collect yourself and say, "I can do this." Whether you believe it or not, think it, and it will become your main focus. Think about the times you are feeling down, I'd bet you were focusing on negativity and things that could be. Just think of a time where you were happy, then keep thinking those thoughts. You will see your life change dramatically. When we grow, we can empower others, and I am so glad I saw how hard things were growing up. If it wasn't hard I wouldn't know how much effort I really need to put in to never go back there.

How to Get Into the Money Mindset
I grew up in relative poverty. After some unfortunate family occurrences, I was left to experience what poverty and the brink of homelessness were like. My teenage years and early young adulthood were spent enduring nothing but financial and emotional struggle. I felt stuck. I felt like I’d be poor, unfortunate, and hopeless for the rest of my life.

Self-Reflection and Time
Time changes your perspective, especially when you lose ground with your inner self. I had totally exhausted most of my energy into my studies with little success, until I learned the art of self-reflection and time. Sometimes we tend to drift apart by doing what we need to do to survive, and we find ourselves in the midst of confusion and unsound decisions. Conflict is never with anyone, but with self. The complexities of the world leave us totally shrouded in confusion. Self-reflection is the constant reminder of who we are. There are occasions when one neglects the time to reflect. The only way to rectify the issue of neglect is to uncover the layers of who you are. Even though you have been constantly busy with mundane stuff, you feel that you have made progress in reaching some goals. There can never be an end to self-discovery. It’s a constant journey that knows no end.
