Fixing
I used to think I could fix anything in my life if I just tried a little harder or gave it more time. But some things aren’t meant to be fixed. Sometimes, all you can do is make peace with it and move forward, knowing you did the best you could. (Positive Kristein)

Problem Solver!!!
Unlike most of you guys, I was once characterized as a problem creator. I was the one with the most negative energy in all the places I used to be. Which made me realize that I am my biggest problem. This is when I started reading books and particularly the ones in the self-help section. It took a lot of time for me to get out of my own shadow, but the effort was all worth it.

Executive and Entrepreneurs: Here is How to Use Silence to Your Advantage
While silence can be awkward, learning how to use it at the right moment can be powerful. Conventional wisdom tells us that if you make your voice heard, be it in a classroom, in a board meeting or at a networking event, you are going to get what you want. One of the quotes that tends to resonate with my thinking is: “the loudest in the room is the weakest in the room”. And what I have learned in over 25 years as an entrepreneur and as I senior advisor is that decision makers appreciate quiet leadership as they often associate that with mature judgment. My advice today is going to be how to use silence to your advantage both in your personal and professional life.

Luck And Opportunities
As a kid, I wished a lot and when these wishes did not magically get granted I would get furious at everything, throw tantrums and get depressed. Success is Like Fishing
When most people look back on their lives and particularly which parts of them were successful, they’re often surprised at how these successes came about. More often than not, the opportunities we expect to be fantastic turn out to be not worth the time we invest in them; while those we expect to amount to nothing can turn into the greatest of our lives.

Understanding Negativities Without Becoming Cynical
There seems to be this narrative out there that considers being negative about things and understanding the realities of things as one and the same. And a similar narrative that says being positive about things means you are blind to what is going on. But I’m here to suggest that it’s not as shallow as this narrative, and that there’s a lot more to the full picture.

2010: A Look Back (Part 1)
Sometimes when you're going down the road, it's nice to look back to see where you've been. I hope (perhaps in vain) that one day, people remember the early 2010s with the same blissful nostalgia they recognize in the 80s or 90s. I know I do. It was the age I grew up in, an era without COVID, constant riots, or global panic. Back then, you could stream a movie and rent a DVD from Netflix without paying for a double subscription. Back in those days, Zoom just meant moving fast. And maybe best of all, back in those days, we had Flash games.
