I Know I Am But What Are You
I have found myself once again in the cycle of stressing over things beyond my control. Feeling overwhelmed and panicked about where my life is about to go. If I have learned anything along this journey to find myself it would be that whatever is meant to be, will be! That is it... plain and simple! Although, I know the emotions and worries tied to the unknown don't feel all that simple. This is where I have to keep training the gray matter between my ears to stop playing all the possible worst-case scenarios over and over. This does nothing but send my anxiety into overdrive. Not a state of being that aligns with forward motion. These thoughts only keep me idle and unfocused. Which in return promotes talks with myself that are unfavorable and unkind. If I am going to stay on track with my positive self-reflection and maintain the progress I have already made... I have to practice making a plan of action and not worry about what is outside of my control. As much as I have despised the phrase "It is what it is", it is a spot-on statement. The words couldn't be wiser.

How to Achieve Anything You Want in Life
Everybody have goals, plans for future, and trying to achieve them. And we always hope we can achieve it. But sometimes, we are not able to do so for some reasons. We are stuck or blocked, give up easily when facing difficulties, think our plans are impossible to achieve, etc... In those situations most of us, usually, give up. That is wrong. We shouldn't give up when we face problems. We should keep fighting, keep trying until we achieve them. It may not be easy but it is possible.

Betting on Me!
2010 through 2016 was a world wind for me. After losses and an emotional roller coaster of a “Situationship” my collegiate career could have won a Grammy! I had been in college for 6 years and even with a degree in Biology there wasn't really a market for me. Application after application after application I was completely worn out. I felt like giving up and finally an interview came in! It's not what I was interested in but it paid for me to go back to school until I figured out what I truly wanted to do. Dentistry was out of the picture after it took me so long to get out of undergrad yet here I was re-enrolling in another college course! I began working at the University Police department Summer 2016 and everyone is excited because this means more money! I try to find the excitement within but I just can’t but why not? Isn't this what you wanted? A good paying job! But still I wasn't fulfilled. I finally gave up my ex and I started focusing on myself. I have an idea to start a nonprofit which has become my speaking platform Be You: Be a part of your own rescue. I am still in Grad school and working full time but I don't see the purpose in working these long hours to pay bills at a house I am never at.

Your dreams won't wait for you
Over the last years, I have come to realize that you should never wait to start working on your dreams. Never wait to become perfect or for the ideal moment. You will never attain perfection, nor will the right time ever come. At the end of the day, you only have one moment, and that’s today. Or to be more precise, you only have now.

Conflict As Catalyst For The Story:
“If there’s no conflict, there are no stories worth telling—or reading.” ----Veronica Roth Life in our universe on earth is centered around the constancy of conflict with little glimmers and glances of peace shining through it. The scientific law of entropy, or the gradual descent from order into chaos, serves as not only an absolute for our universe, but as a prime example of how conflict occurs within the vastness of our reality, not to mention what results from said conflicts. All living things, terrestrial and celestial alike, struggle and fight for the survival of themselves and their appointed species; even nature itself will go to the trouble of reclaiming everything other lifeforms take from it.
