7 Tips to Achieve a Happy, Meaningful Work-Life Balance
1. Do what you love I know, it seems obvious but you would be surprised by the number of people that hate their jobs. All the memes about it, the hate for Mondays… it is no brainer that most people live a miserable life by working on companies or areas they hate. Why? Mostly because of the money. But is money everything? I am a leader for the past 11 years and I had several coworkers who hated their job, and you know what I did? Helped them find a new one! We spend so many hours of our life working that is essential to find a place where we feel appreciated and happy. I myself, changed work several times in order to find the place that met my criteria. And you want to know one thing? By changing, you can reach a higher salary that, otherwise, you won’t be able to reach by staying in the same company. Do it for you and your well-being. And the rest will come.

Being passionate is the initiative towards destiny.
Having a purposeful life is a must for every human, as it gives a motivation to live life in a better & courageous way. We, the humans, have our own choices, our targets, desires, and our interests that are different from one another & so are the passions that keep us on track of the destiny that we have to achieve at any cost.

Lost and Found
“Are you lost? I can help you!” Frantically darting around like a fish out of water, I looked up at the kind stranger who offered a helping hand. It was the first day of freshman year, and I was hopelessly lost at Huron High School on my way to Algebra 2. Somehow, my journey to the land of the 6100 hallway turned into a little excursion to the Dome Gym.

Accept the responsibility for your life ...
Accountability is not only what we do, but also what we do not do, for which we are accountable. Having dreams is the right of each & every healthy individual in the world, but having the guts to work hard in chasing those dreams to make them reality & dream further to another level, is owned just by a few, because we usually feel exhausted if we don’t get the desired results in a particular period that we have estimated ourselves in our mind, according to our desires, & as a result, the winds of demotivation start keeping us a loaf of being persistent to walk along the twists & turns coming in the way of achieving our goals, this is wrong because the success is not a one day match that announces the result of win or loss at the end of the day, rather it is the matter of being consistent & accountable to the prerequisites that are the building blocks in constructing the amazing masterpiece of our victory.

How I Overcame My Fear Of Public Speaking
A little about me Hello, my name is Jill and I am a former professional public speaker. For years, I was paid to give speeches and workshops on various topics. But about 10 years ago, something happened that changed all of that. I started to experience extreme anxiety whenever I had to speak in front of a group. My heart would race, my palms would sweat, and I would get so nervous that I would sometimes even shake. As you can imagine, this made public speaking quite difficult! But I’m happy to report that I have since overcome my fear of public speaking. In this blog post, I’ll share with you some of the things that helped me to do this. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help others who may be struggling with the same thing. Thank you for reading! How I get over my fear of public speaking I’m not going to lie, public speaking is definitely one of my least favorite things to do. I get anxious thinking about having to stand in front of a group of people and talk. And if it’s something that I’m not particularly passionate about, it’s even worse. But I’ve found that there are a few things that can help me get over my fear and actually enjoy public speaking. First, I make sure that I’m well-prepared. This means having a clear understanding of what I’m going to be talking about and being confident in my knowledge on the subject. If I know my material inside and out, it’ll be much easier to speak about it confidently. Second, I try to focus on connecting with my audience. This means making eye contact, smiling, and speaking in a way that sounds natural and conversational. If I can connect with the people in the room, it’ll help me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Finally, I remind myself that everyone gets nervous when speaking in public. Even the most experienced speakers still get butterflies before taking the stage. So if I can just relax and breathe, I’ll be able to get through it and maybe even The benefits of public speaking When it comes to public speaking, there are a lot of people who are afraid of it. I would get so nervous before a presentation that I would shake, sweat, and sometimes even vomit. But I overcame my fear and now I actually enjoy public speaking. It was like a phobia that was getting worse and worse the more I tried to avoid it. Secondly, I realized that avoidance was not going to help me in my career. So I decided to take some small steps to slowly ease myself into public speaking. I started by practicing in front of family and friends, then moved on to giving presentations at work. And finally, I started taking on speaking engagements outside of work. It wasn’t easy, but slowly but surely my fear began to dissipate. And as my confidence grew, I found that I actually enjoyed public speaking. It’s a great way to connect with people and share your ideas. What My Fear Taught Me About Optimism. Top Story - July 2022.
At 12 years old, I experienced a near-death experience drowning in a swimming pool. I remember at some point being afraid to touch the water. I swore up and down that I would never get into the water because the same scenario of me drowning would replay itself like a broken record. Flashing memories of my lungs filling up with water, me slowly losing my breath, struggling to reach the surface. I felt as if I was constantly suffering even after the situation ended. For the first few days, my nose was burning from all of the water I had consumed. I did not feel capable of being in the water anymore. In a sense, you could also say I had PTSD but thank God I survived because I would not be where I am today.
