Positivity is Watching Your House Burn
The unpopular idea about positivity.
Positivity is a fancy term that I austerely describe as the circle in which occupies hope inducing, lucid, and least displeasing perspectives to an act, thought, or a notion. The elementary concept of positivity revolves around the fact of being least disrupted or disturbed by the external situation. It is an approach towards life that aids in accepting the odds with the smile and embracing the problems instead of running away from them.
A wise man once gave me a vague refection of positivity in few words; he said, "Kid, positivity is an angelic virtue ceasing your attention from the devil that wants you to scream, cry and whine at the losses, situations, and acts in life. If your house is on fire and you can't do a thing about it, positivity will grab a chair and observe one of the rare and spectacular scenes."
The preceding paragraphs will light up the fire of positivity within you. The fire of positivity needs effort and right catering to start, but after this fire is at the peak, it will burn any material down, be it dry, cool, cold, or wet. The intensity of the fire(positivity) is directly proportional to quantity of material it will burn(negativity).
But before we unveil the magic trick of being positive, we must have the basic knowledge of the thought formation.
Thoughts are little minions capable of bringing down big giants, akin to cells in the human body; they are the basic fundamental and structural units that make up the organism and do all the work. All the actions, if looked into, originate from thoughts. Thoughts arise from vibrations, numerous random vibrations are going in the head, and not all of them lead to the formation of the thought. The vibrations that do not resonate together are neglected. Only those vibrations that are similar and dominant will lead to the formation of thoughts. There is a variety of thoughts in the head, and the factor of dominance determines which kind of thought will lead to the production of biochemical reaction signals that later are transmitted to signal the body to act.
So the process of thought formation gives us an idea about how we can create positivity; starting out small and associating more similar thoughts. So positive life starts for small thoughts and vibration that resonate together not by big and mighty changes.

There is no shortcut to being positive; it's a long process and requires minimum effort with maximum consistency.
Think of a situation where you are this over-weighted round pumpkin belly looking for a five-minute solution to turn the tons into magic six-packs. Whether you join the most ridiculous gym in the world or perform any high-calorie burning exercise, you won't have any results until you put in consistency and patience. The investment of positivity demands time, patience, and consistency. Warren Buffets says it more beautifully,
"Successful investing takes time, discipline, and patience. You can't produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant."
There is no five-minute exercise that magically transforms tons of fat into a slim body at once. One has to wake up in the morning hit the gym, burn some calories and fat regularly, for months or even years, to look fit and turn healthy.
Sadly, we fail to understand that being on the positive-side of life requires the same procedure of consistency, effort, and patience. The fat (negativity) could never be demolished in a single day.
I am asked by friends, family and people who come to me for advices and suggestion, they ask me to suggest them a method for having a positive paradigm towards life, and my frequent suggestion is alway-reading books, attending seminars, being, and interacting with more positive people.
A dozen of them would come with the same answer but in different forms,
"It isn't working out. Musaib, you know what, life is not a book or a video. Things are quite different and hard in real life."
Then they would recommend me not to read and watch positive content because they claim its vague and irrelevant from life .
Indeed they are wrong. This type joins the gym for a week or two, then goes home and looks for those cuts, abs, and magic transformation. And when they see nothing they are disappointed, so they dropout of the gym. Let me clarify that being positive takes time, and if you forget to feed positivity to yourself, then the fatty layers of negativity will indeed pile up.
You plan to build a perfect house; you will surely use the best constructing material, designer, engineer possible. In case you use some cheap fabric and a cheap workforce, you won't get a quality house.
Similarly, you are a house, and what energy and thoughts you feed yourself, your mind will always take it, and the best part about this house is you can replace anything at any moment required that you have patience and put in consistent effort. To have a healthy mind, you have to construct every thought with positivity; in turn, your life will turn positive and healthy.
