Passion Project 2025

Aligning with my higher purpose and truth

It has been a long journey to be where I am- years of gaining back confidence, self-respect, and self-worth. Healing and recovery of my heart were relatively slow, but they have been steady and persistent. In the process of gaining back personal powers and healing all aspects of my life, I realized the truth about my life.

I was not who I thought I was. My choices were not what I wanted at all, even though I thought I was making good decisions. For me, relationships are the most important aspects of my life. Yet, it has been the least satisfying area in my life. In the last couple of years, I realized the root cause of this truth. I was looking for answers everywhere, but where I needed to look was inside of me. With a new realization of living a fabricated life, I embarked on the journey to discover who I really am, a journey that continues to unfold and surprise me.

There have been several defining moments in my life, but the most recent and drastic one was when I left my grown son of 19 years old after his high school graduation. It was certainly an unexpected turn of events in my life. I was not ever getting divorced and leaving my son behind. I was going to have my 50th wedding anniversary before I left this planet in about 30 more years, and my son was the one leaving home for college - not me.

At that point, I had already lived more than half a century. I felt like a kid fresh out of college, though. I worked part-time when the situation permitted, but I was, in essence, a stay-at-home mom for 19 years. We had never stayed in one place for more than a couple of years during the marriage, which caused me to hold my career advancement. I had no idea what I wanted to do to make my living when it was my time to be my own again.

First, I thought about living in the same city where my son and his father continue to live so that I could see and spend some time with my son. Ultimately, I decided to move to Hawaii where we visited twice on the family vacations. I was torn between wanting to have a fresh start and keeping the comfort of having my son near me. Living alone after so many years of having a family life scared me a little.

The most significant turning point was when I joined Vocal in September 2021. I stepped out of my comfort zone to share my thoughts and feelings. Ever since I was little, I have enjoyed writing and keeping journals. They helped me to get away from muddled thoughts and feelings and release frustrations out of my system.

In my journey to recover my true identity, I discovered that I had a lot to say and never really expressed my feelings and opinions. Most of who I thought I was came from conditioning. Living in a society where women are rewarded or praised for their obedience and docility dictated my mind to follow the norm. It was a significant step for me to express myself in public via the Vocal platform. Since then, I published over 40 stories and self-published two essays and a self-help book. This journey of self-expression has been a powerful tool in my healing and self-mastery, and I hope it can inspire others to find their voice and share their experiences. I will continue to write more and share the ideas and wisdom I gained along the way of my healing and self-mastery journey.

This year, I'm embarking on even deeper personal growth and self-discovery, and I'd love for you to join me. My goal is to engage more with my audience, sharing the wisdom and experience I've gained along the way. While I may not have all the answers, my journey can resonate with those facing similar challenges.

To achieve the goal, I am setting three clear intentions for the writing goal here:

1. Write one article every month to share in the community

My strategies for achieving this goal involve a continuous learning process. I plan to break down each month into weekly writing goals, following Robert Collier's advice that 'Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.' I'll also establish a specific time for writing daily, recognizing that practice is key to improvement. Last year, I didn't publish regularly at Vocal, but this year, I'm committed to changing that and sharing my learning process with you. You can count on a consistent flow of articles from me.

2. Develop a Content Calendar

Strategies: Choose topics for each month of 2025 in January. Post it where I can see it every day so that I can brainstorm ideas and research as I get inspired while mentally organizing my article deadlines as needed.

Get ready for an exciting journey through the following topics in 2025:

January: 12 Universal Laws - Benefits of knowing how the world works

February: Law of Oneness - feeling a connection with everything in existence on every level

March: Law of Vibration - Everything has a vibrational frequency. Law of Attraction - You attract what your vibrational frequency matches.

April : Law of Correspondence - Mirror, mirror, " As within, so without"

May: Law of Cause and Effect - For every cause, there is an effect.

June: Law of Action - You cannot manifest the things you want without action.

July: Law of Compensation - You get what you give.

August: Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy - Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only transform.

September: Law of Polarity - Everything has an opposite.

November: Law of Rhythm - Everything has its tides.

December: Law of Gender - Everything has its masculine and feminine qualities.

3. Engage with my audience

Strategies: Regularly published in the community. Subscribe to other creators to connect and leave comments on the ones that moved me. Allocate 30 minutes a day to read and leave comments to network with fellow creators. Learning from other creators' and readers' feedback on a regular basis. I believe that engaging with you, my audience, will not only help me improve but also create a supportive community for our personal growth journeys.

In 2024, I was solely depending on my moods and feelings about when I write. I also let the external circumstances direct how I live. I was also afraid and doubtful of how I would make a living in writing. To make me motivated to write regularly, I will be celebrating milestones by treating myself at the end of the month for publishing the article on time.

This is my passion project for 2025: to make my BIG DREAM come true while aligning with my purpose and truth, shining brighter lights by sharing and inspiring readers, and elevating collective consciousness for a more peaceful, inclusive, and harmonious New World.

" You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."

Your plan sounds great!! Best wishes! I will look forward to reading more. I try to read for a read. I don't always get too many others when doing that. But it feels right to me.💕💗💕
