Meet Actor & Influencer Will Landis

Will Landis is an actor & influencer who is currently resides in Atlanta Georgia. He has starred in several feature films & series such as Grounded, Snapped, & Homicide for The Holidays with many of his productions currently available to stream on HBO, Peacock, and Discovery Plus & other platforms. Will also specializes in making & editing cinematic videos for his own page as well as the YouTube channel for the brand SixPackCoverage.

Growing up in the small town of Johnson City, Tennessee, Will always dreamt of working in the film industry and appearing on the silver screen. However, he felt discouraged from acting as his community seemed to favor more traditional career paths. As a result, Will did not pursue acting for some time because he was convinced it wasn’t a possibility and was basically told it was a long shot. This environment made it challenging for him to take a first step toward acting. Without others interested or working in this industry, Will found himself starting from scratch, working independently without guidance or helpful advice on breaking into the industry however, stepping outside his comfort zone to peruse a dream that no one thought was realistic, is what makes Will stand out from the rest. Rather than taking roles periodically, his love and desire for movies and cinema has led him to pursue acting full time. The pressure and expectation to pursue a corporate career and climb the ladder certainly helped fuel Will’s passion to become a successful actor. The lack of resources and connections not only forced him to be hungry and aggressive, but also inspired him to work harder. He has always felt the desire to inspire others & make an impact to others around the world. Acting, provides Will the perfect opportunity to do just that.

In the next 5 years, Will foresees himself acting and being part of captivating films that inspire viewers across the world. His vision is to use acting to be a source of inspiration on a global scale through impacting many people's lives through film and entertainment. He has always believed that you should do what they are passionate about despite the challenges. Will wants to use his story & experience as a way to inspire others to do what makes them happy in life against all odds. This gave him a reason to work much harder than most by resenting the pressure to do what everyone expected of him & work a 9-5 job rather than perusing a career that really makes him happy.

Throughout his life, Will was always fascinated by many movies, becoming very touched and inspired after watching films that he enjoyed. Instead he decided to step out of his comfort zone & start acting so that he could one day accomplish the feat to inspire many others that watch his movies in the same way that Will once was as a kid.
