After My First Complete month on Vocal, I have had 18 stories published, and 714 reads.

More individuals than I have ever shared my voice with. I am over the moon to be sharing on a public platform.

MASSIVE THANKS TO THE VOCAL CURATORS

For their hard work and dedication to provide this creative and inspiring community of writers.

In the short time I have been creating content here, I have read the stories of hundreds of fellow authors whose voices never cease to amaze, educate, and inspire me.

Shiny Hearts Alert

The many perspectives and foundations that have brought so many talented weavers of words, to gather and play together.

I am so Blessed to have stumbled upon Vocal for the LLB challenge, a fiction based challenge with a massive prize.

I did not win or place in the contest, but branching towards fiction has been an awakening for me that has layed dormant for...to long.

I have chosen Vocal as my platform for this novel experiment.

Ganymedes Gift is my very first public attempt at fiction, I have decided to make it into a completely digital novel. My First “chapter” is rough, but read all six and see my growth. They proceed in this order.

  1. Fifth Dimensional Treasure
  2. Fifth Dimensional Treasure cont.
  3. Music of the Spheres
  4. Music of the Spheres cont.
  5. Aurelias Alcyon Elohim
  6. Reunion of All Reunions.

Stay Tuned for more submissions to Calliope and Chandiamaras adventures! & please share💜

I am like a free bird here, tessalating on wing and feather, with a long lost connection.

At first, yes $20,000k drew me in, but the ardent love and intent of the artists here, the inspiration I have received through all of you, is worth more to me than any amount of money. Well at least more than $20,000.

Building my strengths, and compiling a portfolio to display my craft is a very, very nice perk that should not go without deep appreciation.

The cost to be a Vocal+ Member is in my opinion VERY WORTHWHILE.

To Get Reads, you have to promote your stories and articles in as many venues as you can, and repost regularly on your FB. Not everyone sees every post you make, and if you get on someone’s nerves with your self promotion, apologize and move on!!

Vocal Curators&Creators this is for YOU!

I would like to say that as writers, we should never give up, on refining our voice and our craft. It is truly a powerful form of existence. The Pen is veritably mightier than the sword and through our stories future generations will hunt for clues, and inspiration. If you have found your way here, and remain passionate despite not winning or being acknowledged, KEEP ON KEEPING ON, because you are in the company of many, many unsung heroes of their own time.

It gives me the warmest fuzzies to know, we are all out there weaving our threads into the story.

Veritable makers of the cloth that is our lives, our civilization, and our potential.

Patterns at Play

Tell your stories, speak from your heart, write what your soul wants to say. I am not writing solely for acknowledgment, though it is a small victory to have a top story or win a challenge, this is not my primary motivator.

All in All, it gives me so much joy to cast the ships of my stories into the sea that is the World Wide Web.

It makes me feel like a small part of me will always be floating around out there. Somewhere, for someone who needs it most. They are my messages in bottles and it is all thanks to Vocal.
