Live life to the fullest, live in the moment

There can't be two lives, but many people are not good at spending even one.

The same road set out, everyone walked and scattered.

Some people get more and more frustrated, some people give up halfway, some people get by, and some people come to their senses. Different choices, lead to different results.

Failure is inevitable, and regrets can be reduced, not in the future how, but in the mindset of the moment, how a live well in the present.

Instead of holding on to your regrets, you should learn to let go, put down the shackles of your heart, embrace a new life, and spend the rest of your life without regrets.

Some things are too much to dwell on, just asking for trouble.

1. Don't be idle and silly

Most people are afraid of loneliness, so they habitually find a "companion" on the way to growing up, but they ignore that some roads can only be walked alone.

If someone forces himself to join certain circles to escape from loneliness, he is undoubtedly torturing himself, seemingly integrating into the group, but in the end, he is an "outsider".

In the end, they realize that the loneliness is even worse after the fun is over.

In "Loneliness", it is mentioned that a man went on an adventure because he had nothing to do, joined the thieves' theft three times when the police caught them, and joined the police team chasing them three times, but he was the only one left in the street after the night was over.

His loneliness remains, and the hustle and bustle he has just experienced seem like a dream that has passed without any semblance of usefulness.

This is the reality of most people, idle and silly, but unfortunately, not many people understand the reason but do.

It is better to resist loneliness than to learn to get along with it, try to enrich yourself when you are lonely, and slowly grow into an adult who can carry things.

Loneliness is not scary, what's scary is that you are afraid and don't dare to face the "truth", just hiding in the corner and shivering.

2. Thinking too much is asking for trouble

Sometimes thinking too much is asking for trouble, turning "nothing" into "something" and torturing yourself.

There are two sides to a story, good and bad, optimistic people see the positive side, while pessimistic people see the negative.

People who think too much are undoubtedly negative.

Shakespeare said, "A man who thinks too much will lose the joy of being a man." The more you think, the more things happen.

The subjective thinking of people is influenced by objective factors, always giving priority to the negative side of things, thinking of good things as bad things, and just relying on the brain to scare themselves half to death.

Poor control of emotions, you can not grasp their own life, and finally manipulated by emotions to become its puppet.

So, instead of thinking too much, why not try to live the moment, one step at a time, and take the road you want to take?

Even if the road ahead is difficult and dangerous, walking through it counts, it's just a matter of spending more effort, taking your time will always get better.

3. Live well in the present moment, not to lose the rest of your life

Life is less accidental, but also less happy.

Everyone's definition of "life" is different, some people live for others, some live for themselves, and some people muddle through ...... to the end, and some people will eventually regret it.

The fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a few of the most popular and most popular items.

We always want to do better, but we don't think about whether we want to.

Just like parents enrolling their children in tuition classes, they think they have more skills than they need, but they don't ask their children what they like, they just keep on giving and end up treating them wrong.

With the love that they think they have, they push their children until they can't breathe.

What's the difference with us pushing ourselves, no matter what, it's all harm.

Instead of pushing yourself too hard, you should get out of the shackles and focus on what you want to do, live the moment, and live the rest of your life to the fullest.

Life is not in the "tight", but in the appropriate "loose", not in living like others, but in living their own life, the life they want, is the real beauty.
