Leadership is not about having the Powers, It is about responsibilities and visions

Leadership, now a days one of the most essential skills. If we are leading any team or organisation we must have this skill. To understand this we must know the actual meaning of Leadership. I have seen many of us who are leading groups or teams but have lack of this skill.

The first thing - it's not about the power, we can never impose our decisions to our team members. It's all about having the responsibilities and visions.

If you are the leader of any group then, you must have the following qualities : -

Be Cool -

you should be calm in any situation as your mood and your instant decisions can impact on your team members as well as your organisation also.

You should not be Hasty -

If you know that the decision you are taking yourself can affect the whole organisation then never take such decisions in hurry you should think more about it and you should consider that with your partners of that organisation.

Be Confident -

Always be confident about your decisions and your work because this can impact on the mentality of your team members. If you are confident enough then it will motivate to your team members and will help to achieve your organisation goals.

Trust -

This is the main quality which you must have to be a good leader. As if you are not going to trust on your members then how can you think that someone else who is not the part of your organisation will trust on your organisations work or products.

You must be the Master Communicator -

I don't think there is any need of describing this quality.

: - So, I am not going to give you the full lecture on this I just shared some keys of being a good leader. I just end-up this boring speech with some few lines which I experienced in my life till now.

" I think all the qualities and meanings depend on the circumstances only, as an leader if we are the part of any organisation never ever impose your decisions to someone else just try to understand his concern first, because we don't know that at the time when we are taking some hard decisions at that time may be the other persons have their own personal reasons and not in such mood to follow up your decisions. Because in spite of all these we all are humans not machines. So It's our responsibility to understand and handle all these situations."
