How to Become More Productive and Happier
Productivity and happiness are both correlated. When you lack productivity, you become less happy. When you can't see yourself making progress or doing work that you were supposed to do, you muster up all that stress and it results in unhappiness. Either it's a big thing as a deadline or little things like interruptions from your co-workers or social media; it decreases your level of productivity which, in turn, decreases your level of happiness. There are few guides as to how you can be productive and happy every single day, and if followed each day, you can be at the heights of your productivity level and produce some fantastic results.

Motivation vs. Self-Discipline: Which Is the Key to Habit Formation?
The only thing you have to do is install it and follow the instructions. Or at least that’s how I thought it worked. Surprisingly, the first habit that the app proposed to create was… drinking a glass of water every morning. That seemed easy enough. To motivate me, the app was giving random facts about how the human body needs water to function. (By the way, do you know that it’s possible to lose weight while sleeping?)

You Matter Too
I can't help but say I laughed at myself when I wrote out this title, and subtitle, but I felt like this might be something that needed to be touched on for those of us who feel like we don't have the time, the money, or feel like we aren't deserving. The truth is, we do have the time, and we are deserving. I didn't say the money, because sometimes that is just hard to come by, but not everything you do has to cost something.
