As we know that every good thing has an end, we know that every weekend has an end too.
When a weekend finishes we wake up to a new week, to new beginnings but we never think it this way. We always complain about Mondays, we share sleepy or hateful posts on social media.
In fact our Monday syndrome starts on Sunday which some people invented a word for it. We call it 'Smonday'. The moment when Sunday stops feeling like a Sunday and the anxiety of Monday kicks in.
I don't believe that there is a single person in the world that doesn't feel this syndrome even if he/she likes his/her job.
Of course there is an easy way to get rid of this syndrome be your own boss and work for yourself. Unfortunately not all people could be that lucky.
Don't worry though!
It is possible to manage Monday blues and Smonday with these 7 easy steps.
Find a job that you will like
Working for a job which is your hobby is invaluable for sure. However, if you believe that you do not have such a chance, you can evaluate the most suitable job opportunities with your skills.
No doubt every person has at least one talent. All you need to do is to find what you are good at. It can be painting or maybe with numbers. Whatever it is, just find it.
The important thing is to make your working life successful by discovering them and finding a suitable job with your skills. And if you will be successful in your job no doubt it will make you happy. When you are happy in your job believe me you will not be feeling Monday blues again for sure.
Keep in mind that every week is a new beginning
Maybe it will be a bit cliché but starting a new week is also a new beginning. Think this way; we decide to start a diet on Mondays, or to gym maybe to a course or new stories. We wait for Monday, which is a new week to start something. So
Instead of thinking of Monday as just a new working day behind the weekend holiday, you can consider it as the day of new beginnings. Who knows, this may allow you to look forward to Monday after a while.

Never forget that you are lucky to have a job
While some of us are lucky enough to complain about their jobs or not liking it we always need to remember that some people do not even have the luxury to make excuses because no matter how hard their job could be. By thinking this way, you can feel a bit more attractive to your job even if you do not enjoy getting out of bed on Monday mornings.
Put your music on
Listening to music is probably the only thing that you can enjoy in every mood. If you have the opportunity to listen to music while you are getting ready for the work be sure that you put on happy songs. You can find motivational playlists for Monday mornings on YouTube. If you also have the opportunity to listen to music at your workplace, you can make your own "cheerful" playlist.
Last 4 days to Fri-yay
I am sure that many of you are reading this title in an amazement, but we cannot ignore that Monday will not end before it starts.
Due to the accumulated mails of the weekend and as the busiest day of the week, no doubt that Monday will end as quick as you can imagine and you cannot believe that it has ended at some point.
Instead of feeling Monday syndrome, list all the work that needs to be done the first minute that you go to work. When you've survived Monday, that means you only have 4 days left over the weekend.
Read daily quotes
Before you go to bed on Sunday evenings, take a few moments and find inspirational quotes that will strengthen your motivation for Monday. Before bedtime on Sunday and when you wake up Monday morning, reading these quotes will make you start the day with a good mood and defeat the Monday syndrome.
If you have a chance quit your job
If you do not have financial difficulties and you think that you really cannot get rid of Monday syndrome in any way, then you will have one more thing you can do. Just quit your job. And find activities or hobbies that make your life much better.
Maybe you can try to open a small business or turn your hobby into your business. When you are interested in a job that gives you pleasure, do not doubt that every day will pass without syndromes, not just Monday.
