
So, you want to find who you are and live your life to the fullest.
You've taken the first step by reading this. The first step is always the hardest. Many people want to become the best versions of themselves but most don't know how or the path just isn't clear.
It starts with getting out of your comfort zone, push yourself to do things you have never done before, even if you don't think you will like it, never hurts to try, and maybe you will end up liking whatever you are trying or even pick up a new skill along the way and learn something new. Be creative, think outside the box with what you are trying to improve or even create. It doesn't take a genius, just takes effort, integrity, and consistency. Be patient, all of the work is staying focused and good mentality, stay in the right part of your mind, don't overthink and everything will be fine.
Try starting with these steps. It is important to have confidence in everything that you do so hype yourself up and use motivation to move you further.
Step 1: Learn Yourself- Learn what aspects you want to change and what you want to improve on, (Who you want to be). Whether it is being a better person in a relationship and develop deeper connections or performing better at your job so you can receive a promotion to produce more income or create a business or even fitness goals so you can move better and feel better about yourself.
Get a piece of paper or open a document of any kind and make of list of these things you want to change. Leave some room in between each one for steps 2-3.
Step 2: Brainstorm- On your list of things that you did in the first step, brainstorm and write down a step-by-step process of how you are going to achieve those goals, (Example: exactly how this page is written out). They may be things that you will have to do every day or weekly depending on your timeline and end goals. This will help keep everything organized and easy to read so you won't get lost along the way.
Step 3: Make a Deadline- This step will help you to be accountable and keep you on track. Reward yourself for the small achievements to stay motivated. Most large Goals should take no longer than 1 to 2 years.
This is a very crucial part, staying motivated is one of the hardest things to do. If you lose interest or motivation, look back at why you started and hold on to that because that is what will drive you to keep doing what you need to. Also, we all don't have much time to waste in our lives so make it happen NOW, what are you waiting for?
Step 4: Start Creating- Begin doing the list you made in step 2, even if some things are small, they do add up over time but make sure it won't take too long to keep to the deadline. Find support, look towards your friends or family, people close to you that will support you in your endeavor. Believe in yourself and stay positive and you will achieve anything you want to. Never should have to look for yourself, you'll be looking forever. Create yourself who you want to be, it is your life so do what you want and what makes you happy. You will eventually arrive where you want to be and live an accomplished and happy life.
