Encouraging yourself to do a same work which is needed for you is sometimes seems to hard ,people often break consistency even if they get extra money or allowances why it is so ?

consistency is viewed as humdrum and it is rightly said that "consistency is boring that's why few peoples are successful", consistency is invisible that's why it is so hard

Nassim Nicholas ,a trader and mathematician in his book "fooled by randomness" gave us about insights of consistency ,he firmly admitted that line of progress is not linear ,intially or in earlier days even months you will not find any result or progress but you should trust the process ultimately you will find a surprising ,good and self enrichment in yourself as it is the compounding results of your small steps and efforts that you take willingly or unwillingly daily ,it is the cumulative results of your endeavour

Now let's jump on to hardest question on how to be consistent

"Most people overestimate what they can achieve in a year but underestimate what they can achieve in 10 years " - Bill Gates

prioritize consistency the first task of your day --track the record of daily routine ,after getting up in morning ,complete that stuff that you want to be consistent in that like meditation, journaling ,exercising etc

As per virat kohli consistency is more like eat ,sleep,train,repeat .To be consistent you have to be disciplined ,sometime it is frustrating and become monotonous but staying in process gives you more heights in your life and you will be fortunate enough to encounter with your better versions of yourself because overall you are your only competition .

Consistent intensity --try to be consistent in 3-4 things

1.Write long term goals daily-- it will help to program your mind

2.Do practice meditation or visualization,also try to be more focus,BINGO! focus is not something that everyone believe it is inherited or imbedded in you instead of this focus can be achieve through practising like try mindfulness , check your attention time regularly,breathing meditation,gazing at point or thing (tratak vidhya) ,play sudoko etc

3.Write journal and gratitude journal daily helps to become grateful for everything which comes to your life and the things which you possess,it helps you to become more compassionate one ,clear your thoughts ,enhance your emotional quotient and many more things

4.Try to fix your circadian rhythm-it is your sleep and wake cycle ,it is according to you try to find out whether you are morning or night person and be out of your primitive or archaic thinking that only morning person are good enough to do something infact both day or night person develop different kind of ability in them ,every person have different body type so fix it according to your body call ,anyway I will surely write a separate article on this .

consistency in meditation ,visualization ,journal writing can reprogram your subconscious mind and fosters you a good happy healthy and wealthy life.

5.Focus your all energy in showing up-put your all efforts to reach in the right place, from where you are going to start your work for instance you want to run daily ,so just ensured that you put your shoes on be on ground that's your right place,no matter you run fast or slow ,the only things that matter you are on right place or right track

6.Consistency is more like a agreement ,not with anyone else but with yourself ,breaking it is similar to the trust break,loosing confidence in yourself and it become so hard to start over again -- So to tackle this there is one solution i.e. Renegotiate the agreement to understand this let's take an example ,if today you miss your task like studies or some other stuff then negotiate with yourself that I will work hard 30min more to get my consistency back .

7.Use short term visualization for your hard work- if you find something difficult to do or finds you are on the verge to break the consistency then you can go for short term visualization like visualizing yourself that you are doing that task ,completed it and sense the feel of accomplishment in you .

8.Last but not least make a proper daily routine,fall behind it and just chase it,intially you to have to put some efforts in it but after sometime you find it is going so smoothly and automatically like brushing teeth
