Healing Through Healing Others
Avoidance and Self Sacrifice

Majority of healers in world need healing themselves. They are wounded inside but still feel the call to sacrifice their own healing to heal others. It is a self-sacrifice and avoidance cycle many get caught in. Through my journey as a Master Life Coach, motivational speaker, and teacher, I realized I was not trying to truly help others heal or discover their life’s purpose. I was trying to do these things for myself. As I worked with clients, I began to attain vital wisdom necessary to heal self.
A fear which prevents movement in the healing journey is vulnerability. It has been programmed into our psyche that vulnerability is weakness. Vulnerability has been turned into a disease we avoid. The cure for this falsely programmed disease is recognition! It is not avoidance. Vulnerability is literally one of your greatest strengths.
By being open and vulnerable regarding your own healing journey, deepest wounds, experiences, and realizations, you encourage those around you to heal themselves. As a collective, the pain humanity experiences exist in varied forms. We have all experienced pain. Due to this, we are all connected! If we reclaim this realization and reconnect with the healed aspect of self, we unknowingly guide others through our experiences to do the same.
That is why I created the Love Life Purpose Coaching Through Self Love: 7-Phase Self Love Framework. This was written based of my own accomplishes, obstacles, and realizations. I noticed just a tremendous growth in not only my clients, but myself, and family and friends. There are so many levels to us all. The one common thing we all want to discover is our purpose! The reason why we are truly here. Purpose cascades into healing, happiness, abundance, forgiveness, wisdom, truth, self-love, unconditional love, and so much more. Understand, if you take this life’s journey seriously, you will heal through healing others!
So many of through uncomfortable or traumatic experiences go into what I call "the cave." This is a good space to be in as when you go within you get answers. Other’s energies do not affect us during this pivotal transitional time. Yet the problem many run into is staying there. It becomes a safe space and they become afraid to let others in or allow themselves to emerge new and elevated in self. This can be likened to a shamanic experience called, "The Little Death."
When we go through experiences, especially unpleasant ones, this is the time we must die to be reborn. The old you no longer exists, nor should it. We should always be shedding our old skin. Regardless of what one thinks we all affect one another but because we can change or heal the world, we must change and heal self. Many were probably drawn to this article because the of the main title, "Healing Through Healing Others..." We always want to do something outside of ourselves to get the outcome we literally already hold inside of us. It was because I wanted to help others heal, find their purpose, and live their best lives, that the journey took 360. I came right back to where I started...SELF!
When we begin to walk in our truth and live free and authentic, we guide others to do the same. We teach through our own actions to no longer be bound to the pain, look outside ourselves, and stop avoidance and self-sacrifice. We take responsibility for self. We start to see the manifestation of that same growth in our outward reality. It becomes a community of healers, showing healers how to be a healer!
