Getting to know Versy Piconé

Versy Piconé is from Bryan, Texas home of Texas A&M University grew up with a small town charm with big city talent. She is an artist, songwriter and 2021 MUA of The Year by the SEAA with a love of beauty and body positivity. Her mission statement for the youth is for them to look on social media and see someone with her body type and feel empowered! As an artist and songwriter everything she creates she creates with the intention of it being a hit! Versy believes the creative mind has the power to unlock endless possibilities of human connection and emotion.

Wanting to leave a legacy behind, give back and experience life to the fullest she encourages others to define their own narrative for their lives. Growing up fresh out of high school telling her parents that she was passing on college to pursue a career in music and the artistic industry didn't go over well in her Italian household. Versy thinks now people understand there are multiple avenues in careers to be successful and financially stable including being part of the current era of social media. “I want to encourage others to know that it’s okay to fall, learn from that difficult moment and continue to grow......”

She has dreams of collaborating with big brands in the beauty, tv and fashion industry to bring even more awareness to fellow curvy bodies. She wants to attack the myth that health comes in one size by being a role model for curvy fitness and expanding that platform especially for the youth. She definitely plans to be a household name and known philanthropist. One little known fact Versy would love to franchise her business with in the beauty industry.

As an artist and songwriter creating a entire visual concept behind each project is Versy telling her story. She wants to break boundaries by collaborating with different artists of all ages and genres. As a lover of all different types of music Versy has been able to use voice manipulation and stylistic writing to flow seamlessly onto any track. As a lead MUA she believes the aesthetic that goes along with story telling to bring it to life. She wants to bring positivity and fun to bodies of all sizes with her music. To make people feel empowered and confident in their skin and embrace all their imperfections.

Versy has a desire to make content that is here long after she is gone. Fundraising in 2021 for the Boys and Girls Club of the Brazos Valley lit a spark to one day establish her own foundation for giving students knowledge in hygiene, self care and mental health. Planting the seeds of success for our youth is very near and dear to her heart. Any small dead of kindness wether i.t be big or small is something that is very important to Versy. She believes in returned energy and good karma. In a journey of personal and spiritual growth, there where things she saw in the industry that definitely tested her moral compass. She has made i.t a mission to put people in place that have been there with her since the beginning. It's important to her when she reaches a finical level success to be able to help other and give back in a major way while protecting fellow youth coming up in the industry. In her words she says “Music and makeup was an outlet for me, it definitely saved me from the darkness and I want to encourage that spark in everyone to pursue their dreams.” She is next up in the music industry.
