Getting to know musically talented Q.Royal

What’s your artist name and where are you from?

My name is Q.Royal, I’m from Decatur, Georgia and was raised in Conyers/Covington Georgia.

Why do you love music?

I love music because it’s like my getaway, my safe haven. Music give’s me this special type of happiness. It’s my way of expressing myself and doing what I love best which is creating, entertaining people, and making them smile. I also grew up in a very musical family. My Mema sung in church and both of my uncles Tommie K and The Letter M are phenomenal singers/rappers. Majority of my relatives on my mom side can sing as well.

What makes you different as a music artist?

What makes me different is my personality, creativity, ambition, vision, and drive. I hear and process music differently than most people, and I also have these amazing visions and ideas that’s not even being done by NO ONE in the industry today that I’ll be the first to do. Most artist now a days are doing music for the clout and money, but music is more than that to me. I actually care about it and want to make full blown creative and REAL albums. Albums are dying, and we only have a few artists that are keeping them alive like Beyoncé, The Weeknd, Bruno Mars, etc. Albums are supposed to be an experience and take you somewhere else, I want to be apart of those few.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself dominating the charts and winning a few Grammys. Maybe even acting in a huge series on a Major streaming platform or starring in a film. I also see myself leading a new generation of creative’s into the industry, which would lead to the new era of the industry reverting it to how it used to me, 100% Real passion, talent, and creativity.

What do you want to accomplish in life?

The things that I want to accomplish in life is becoming one of the best selling artist of all time, breaking a handful of records, creating my own town that helps single mothers and give them affordable luxury living, creating a foundation for people whose been through mental, physical, and emotion abuse & trauma, being a huge actor, direct a Batman movie, and own one of the biggest entertainment companies ever. I just want to be the key to bringing trust and free will back into the industry. Creative freedom is what gives music its individuality when it comes to different genre’s, but with that being stripped from most mainstream music, we have overly saturated sounds. Being able to bring freedom back and bring in more uniqueness would be one of the greatest things I want to accomplish in life.

What do you bring to the music world?

Innovation, real talent, real creativity, something new and fresh. I’m bringing ground breaking performances, performances that we don’t get anymore from anyone except Beyoncé and Bruno Mars. I’m bringing back R&B, like real R&B. Not the melodic rap R&B, like real singing your heart out to the girl you love R&B. The begging her to not leave R&B lol, that one.

What do you want to be remembered by?

I want to be remembered by being one of the greats that broke so many records and that changed the industry in so many amazing ways. I want people to remember me as a kind down to earth guy who is a go getter and don’t stop or slow down for no man. I want to be remembered as a legend, who was placed on this earth and did the damn thing!
