Often times it can seem like there is no sacred space in the world for you. No place for peace and serenity. It might be that you feel lost, alone, overwhelmed, or lacking direction, and struggling with cultivating a life purpose that nourishes you. Creating a life that fulfills you.

Unfortunately, life is tough, and living life authentically is easier said than done. You can get stuck juggling the various responsibilities that arise with the daily pressures of adult life.

You have to know that your basic nourishment, self-fulfillment, and finding your fundamental life purpose starts with you. Everything about your life begins and ends with you. Your life is cultivated; motivated and created with you, and the choices that you make on a daily basis.

You have to believe you are worthy. No one is responsible for your fulfillment, and what it is you do with your life. Take responsibility and ownership of your life. Your life is in your hands; create your one lane at your own pace.

If you want to find your life purpose, center yourself, and concentrate on trying to live a purposeful life, and creating stability through your surroundings. Like they say, ‘If it doesn’t serve you; it doesn’t have a place in your life.’ That is what it means to be an adult, in a world that makes it hard to claim your space. I say claim it anyway; we have to do what we want despite the negative noise around us.

It is crucial to constantly be learning, and follow your instincts, as you pursue your dreams. Developing a solid foundation of support and motivation, from family and loved ones will give you a stable starting point, to refer back to when you feel stuck; alone or unfulfilled. A solid support system is a key to any success story. Build a foundation first.

Achieving your life’s purpose starts by doing what you need to do to get the job done. It will take a lot of sacrifices; will power and determination.

You will foster a clear sense of purpose and direction, when you learn to become self-sufficient and self- reliant. A secure sense of confidence will begin to emerge, and you will develop faith in your skills and abilities.

There will be some roadblocks, almost everything will not go your way. There will be things that do not fit your vision. Plans will not work; your ideas will not be for everybody. You will have moments of weakness; you will give up, try again and fail and quit. Then win. Your mind will go numb with regrets about your past decisions, but survival is key, keep pressing forward.

We are told to be still and wait: told to be patient, but we live in a do it now society, in all of the rushes it is perfectly acceptable to take your time. Have patience; the process is very slow, but the win will be worth it.

The process of achieving success starts with knowing what that looks like to you. Defining what success means to you is crucial, when attempting to start anything of real significance. What pain or happiness makes you passionate? You might find your niche, and purpose through your life experiences.

Anything that touches you so deeply that it drives you to get up in the morning is where you should start. Trust that instinct; because it will be well worth your time. It could be fashion; make-up, feminism; education or interior design; whatever it is—your financial and social-economic freedom will come from you perusing and actively participating in what drives you.

It is never going to be easy. As the old saying goes— “nothing worth having comes easy.” So just learn to have patience with yourself and follow your instincts. It all works out for the greater good.
