Energy with Spaces
A Series: How the Environments we encounter can deplete or fuel you with Energy during the day!
If you can relate to being tired of hearing, seeing or reading the phrase "Get Sh%t Done!" and you feel the more you read Self-Help/Improvement books related to you specifically the more you feel slightly drained but left with awesome information - then this will be a valuable series of writings to digest on a regular basis! For some it is a lot easier to just - do it! (no Nike pun intended!) but for others there are mental blocks, challenges or maybe even some traumatic triggers that keep us from staying "connected" whether it be with the task at hand or with other demands throughout the week! There may be too much going on that you feel overwhelmed beyond the point of a to-do list or a daily calendar! This series of Spaces is meant to help you with "eating the elephant one bite at a time". Taking it one step at a time.
Being naturally anxious and truthfully Virgo (that my Libra seems to save every time!) I have learned to let go in ways in which I am still able to solidify peace and balance.
While I am sure you have done your fare share of research about how to personally improve your mental state by staying positive, I would like to take that concept further and deeper by focusing on spaces that we may not even be aware of that can give or deplete us of the physical or mental energy we may need to successfully face the challenges that each day will bring. I am eager to break down the pro’s and con’s for you of each space I have personally encountered where I have learned I will need to either equip myself for the journey or avoid the space or situation altogether!
The first few Spaces I will share with you the wealth of knowledge I have gained from are the bedroom, the work space, the body and the mind. Starting with physical and spiritual spaces for both overall balance and for different types of learners.
The Bedroom is where the majority of time is spent resting and replenishing your energy. I will share with you why it will become important to shift your sleeping space and in what ways you can personalize it to gain the energy you desire.
The work space is where most time is spent laboring on projects you invest in daily if not regularly, ensuring that you have this space set up for your own personal success will support your happiness and not your frustration at the end of a “9 to 5”.
Finally, I will share with you personal ways I have grown to energize my mind and body during the day. These will be incredibly fulfilling to learn as I will go deeper into the things that affect your mental space during the day and how to secure strength to push forward. This will be especially valuable for those who are prone to being fatigued before the day is anywhere close to ending, for those who have trouble focusing during the day or for those simply looking for ways to gain more energy to maximize on accomplishing their responsibilities or goals!

^ this video: goes along with supporting the MIND! You may be sick of hearing it but my skin and personal mental health is a reflection of it: WATER is the OG. For many things. I hope you enjoy watching this quick video of ways in which I like to consume my water (with helpers) and you are able to find some #SipsBy favorite teas yourself!
>>>> After we digest ways to stay energized from your: Bedroom, Work, Body and Mind Spaces, I will feed you more helpings to re-energize you from the other spaces that have depleted you of energy such as:
Vehicle (especially if you are on the road more than most, allow my suggestions to support you during and after)
Bathroom (ways to naturally re-energize without even having to DEEP clean)
Closet (specifically YOU, your wardrobe, how you are choosing to show up and how it makes you feel: look good, (so you’ll) feel good, (to motivate you to) do good)
Relationships: children, pets, roommates, etc.
Goals or Responsibilities: School, Chores, Creating, etc.
^ I look forward to hearing from you, growing with you and sharing my wealth of experiences within writing that are insightful to read and energizing to apply!
