Can you Manifest Luck through Visualisations?

Possibly! But it requires patience and belief …

Are you one of those people that never seems to have any luck. You work hard every day to earn a crust, then some lazy person announces they have attained a fortune out of thin air, paid off their mortgage and are off to the Bahamas to celebrate!

A few years back, my luck was extremely poor to say the least. It was so bad, I was getting a reputation for being cursed and given the nickname ‘Jonah.’ My work colleagues would groan when I sat at my desk as it would likely mean a day of catastrophes. Not good when my job was dispatching emergency ambulances!

I actually started believing I was an unlucky person and that people should probably be wary around me. But one day, after my colleagues blamed me for causing a pile up on the motorway while I was on dispatch duties I completely lost the plot …

“Right that’s it! I’m going to bloody well show you all that I’m not unlucky, and I’m not cursed! From now on I’m going to be a winner!”

On the way home from work that day I had a flat tyre (but I didn’t tell anyone so it doesn’t really count), then I started Googling all manner of things about luck and how to improve it …

‘Manifesting luck — How to be a lucky person — Why are some people lucky and some are complete losers (hmm … sounds familiar!)’

According to the holistic guru’s, bad luck was all my doing. I was attracting negative energy by catastrophising all the time. Their solution was to reverse all the bad energy by imagining myself in more positive scenarios. So I tried …

I imagined myself winning the lottery and swimming in champagne. I imagined myself winning a writing competition and being headhunted by Bloomsbury publishing. I imagined … (actually, let’s leave that one, I don’t want to worry you!)

But while all this positive visualisation did make me feel better about things, nothing was actually happening in regards to my luck. But then I realised something obvious. I didn’t actually do the lottery or enter writing competitions, so I had to test it out in the flesh.

So rather than doing the lottery (the odds are so bad you are literally throwing money away) I began to enter free competitions for things I would like to win. Then I visualised myself winning them and waited.

After many weeks and entering loads of competitions without a win, I was starting to think my positive visualisation technique was completely useless and I was doomed for a life of bad luck. But then out of the blue, I received a text message telling me I had won a £500 shopping voucher for one of the UK’s biggest grocery stores, Tesco.

I was in total shock! Not just because I’d won it, but also because I could still remember visualising myself winning it. It was during the Christmas period and it paid for everything. My kids presents and all the trimmings!

For the next year I continued with the visualisations and kept entering competitions. I won and won and won! Here is a list of just some of my manifested good fortune ...

£600 family theme park weekend

VR headset

£500 voucher for sportwear

£1600 dining table and chairs (at Christmas again!)

I know many people will be sceptical of my holistic approach to luck. But the fact is, that since I started positive visualisations, I have won a multitude of prizes, holidays and cash (all tax free!). Not only that, but I have won runner up in a poetry competion and four ‘Top Story’ awards on Vocal.

I leave you now with the news that only just this morning, I won £250 cash in another free competion. I pictured myself winning it before I entered and therefore it happened. Simple!

Still not convinced? Then why not give it a try. I think you may be shocked at the results.
