The Pentateuch was the capital of ancient Egypt. The Jewish settlement at the end of the city of Ramesses, the "Pharaoh" of Egypt, lived in this city on the banks of the Nile. The "Pharaoh" of Egypt was hostile to the Jews. Once some astrologer calculated and told him that a child would be born in a Jewish family who would become a danger to Egypt in the future. Pharaoh got scared after hearing the astrologers. So "Pharaoh" ordered that every child born in a Jewish family should be killed. "Pharaoh's" spies roamed around. Whenever they got the news of a child being born in a family, they would go and kill him mercilessly. In the Jewish neighborhood lived a newly married couple named Ashram and Joshived. In due course a son was born to Joshiveda. After the birth of the child, the husband and wife felt that they must protect the child at all costs. Who knows that this child may one day save the Jewish nation from all persecution. Ashram and Joshived started raising the child in complete secrecy behind the eyes of everyone. But this news could not be kept secret for long. The couple realized that at any moment "Pharaoh's" soldiers would come and take their child away. Leaving the child in the hands of God and fate, the two went out. They came to a deserted ghat on the banks of the Nile and laid the child down and returned home.
"Pharaoh's" daughter used to bathe in the gorge of that river every day. He was enchanted to see a beautiful child lying alone. He was taken to the palace. Then he began to make the child human with love and affection like his own child. The princess named the baby Musa.
There is another story about this. Musa's mother Joshived knew that every day the daughter of "Pharaoh" came to bathe in the river with her friends. One day, he put the baby Musa in a basket on the side of the road near the ghat. He hid himself behind the tree. After a while, the princess saw Musa while going to bathe that way. He was shocked to see a child lying on the side of the road. He quickly picked up Musa in his arms. The princess appoints Joshived as Musa's midwife. Joshived took care of Musa in the royal palace, hiding his identity. Moses did not nurse any woman except his mother. Musa gradually stepped from adolescence to adulthood. Pharaoh's tyranny was increasing. Moses did not like this persecution of Jews. Knowing his son's attitude one day Joshived revealed his true identity to him. From then on Musa's heart began to suffer.
One day Musa was passing through the highway. At that time he saw a wretched Jew being brutally beaten by his Egyptian master. Seeing this scene, Musa could not remain still. He struck the master of the Egyptian with his own sword to rescue the Jew. The Egyptian died from that blow. The Jew spread this word around. When the spies went to "Pharaoh" and gave the news, "Pharaoh" burst into anger. He realized that even though the princess raised Moses, she had Jewish blood in her body, so she killed the Egyptian after seeing the persecution of people of her religion. to one If kept free, danger is inevitable. Then he called the soldiers and ordered them to bring Musa as a prisoner from wherever they could. Hearing the command of "Pharaoh", Moses did not delay any longer. He immediately left the city. Musa was tired and thirsty after a long journey. He saw a well in the distance. Seven girls were watering their sheep in front of the well. Suddenly a group of shepherds came there and forcibly took away the sheep from the girls. At once the seven sisters started screaming. Hearing their screams, Musa came running. Then he rescued all the sheep from the shepherds and returned the girls. The girls thanked him profusely and returned home. Seven sisters' father's name was Rouen. Seven sisters came and took Moses to their house. Everyone was impressed by the precious clothes he wore, the dignified behavior. Musa did not hide anything when Rouen asked about his identity. He introduced himself candidly. Rouen was impressed by Musa's behavior and sheltered him in his home. A short while later Rouen married him to a girl.
While living with the nomadic group, Musa learned to herd sheep in a short time. Adapted completely to a new environment. Several years passed. On the other hand, the situation of the Jews in Egypt became progressively worse.
Even though he lived the life of a herdsman, Moses could not forget his family. At times all his heart ached. One day Moses came to the edge of a deserted mountain while wandering with a flock of sheep. Several plants in front. Suddenly Musa saw a light coming out of the wooded mountain. The light was so intense, it seemed that both eyes were burning. Still, he stared at the light. He felt that the light was covering him. At one time he heard a miraculous voice come out of that light; Musa Musa Musa was surprised. Someone is calling his name. Immediately responded, who are you calling me? The miraculous voice said, I am the only God of you and your ancestors.
Moses could not believe that God was speaking to him. Frightened, he knelt down on the ground. What do you need from me Lord? The divine voice said, you go to Egypt as my representative. Jews are suffering inhuman torture there. You will free the Jews and take them to a new land. Musa said, how can I release them? The oracle said, I will help you invisibly. You shall go to Pharaoh and say, I have sent you. May all obey your orders. Moses said, but when they ask God's name, what will I answer? At first God did not reveal his name, but later he said that he is God, the creator of this universe. Moses felt that he had to solve all the tasks not in his own strength, but in the strength given by God. So far he had no clear idea about God. For the first time he felt that he had come to earth for a God-ordained task. And Allah is his only God.
A few days later, Moses received God's command for the second time. He reappeared before Moses. Then he said, I am pleased with you. Only you can save the Jewish nation from this crisis. Don't delay anymore, leave for Egypt as soon as possible. A few days later, he took leave of his wife and children and left for Egypt Moses did. Moses reached Egypt in time. He went and saw that the Jews were really living in indescribable misery.
Moses first met the leading men of the Jews. He told them all about God's order. Seeing Musa's conduct, his personality, sincere behavior, deep self-denial, everyone believed him.
Moses said, "We will go to "Pharaoh" and ask for permission to emigrate. Moses took his brother Aibon and some Jewish leaders with him to the court of "Pharaoh". Moses knew that Pharaoh would never give permission to emigrate directly. So he said, "Emperor, our Lord has ordered all the Jews to go to a mountain and pray. If you allow us to go there for a few days. "Pharaoh" did not respond to the request. He said in an angry voice, "You cannot leave Egypt. If we do not pray, he will destroy us all."
Musa came back as a failed chariot. Couldn't think of anything to do. At the end, he became desperate and prayed to God. Allah answered his prayer. He said to Moses, said to your brother Aaron, let him go to a river, a pond, a fountain and touch his wand, and he will see that all the water has turned to blood. At the command of God, Aaron turned all the drinking water of Egypt into blood. The pharaoh ordered them to dig the ground and bring water. The soldiers dug numerous wells. Everyone started drinking that water. When Aaron's magic failed, Moses prayed to God again.
This time there was an epidemic of frogs throughout Egypt. No one can stay at home because of its rotten smell. Everyone went and complained to "Pharaoh". Desperate, "Pharaoh" sent for Moses. He said, you stop the plague of frogs. I will allow you to go to the desert and pray. Even though the plague of frogs was stopped by the will of Moses, Pharaoh did not allow the Jews to go for various reasons. Desperate, Musa prayed to God again. God became terribly angry with Pharaoh's behavior this time. An epidemic of torrential rains broke out all over Egypt. Yet the "Pharaoh" does not want to allow it. This time Allah used a cruel weapon. Suddenly the firstborn of all the Egyptians died. The country started crying. All the Egyptians marched together and demanded "Pharaoh" that the Jews be allowed to leave the country, or face who knows what more severe destruction.
Pharaoh was afraid. "Pharaoh" called Moses and said, "I give you permission to go into the desert to pray." If you think so, you can take everything you have, livestock, animals, things. The Jews all rejoiced at the permission to emigrate. They all accepted Moses as their leader. Apart from Egypt, many Jews lived in the city of Makum. They all followed Moses in groups. Moses knew that even if Pharaoh allowed the exodus out of fear of God's punishment, he would try to the last minute to obstruct their journey. So be as careful as possible. He started walking. After walking for a few days, they all arrived at the shore of the Red Sea. Meanwhile, as the Jews left Egypt, "Pharaoh" had a change of heart. At any rate they must be brought back and made slaves again. "Pharaoh" immediately sent a huge army to capture the Jews.
Meanwhile, seeing the Egyptian soldiers in the distance, all the Jews were terrified. Musa was not upset at all. Musa sat in prayer. At the end of the prayer, the oracle said, Moses, lift up your staff and pass through the sea. The water of the sea shall not touch you. When Moses raised his staff and stood before the sea, the sea parted. Through it stretches the peaceful path. Moses went ahead, followed by all the Jewish men and women. When they had gone some distance, the Egyptian soldiers came to the seashore. Seeing the Jews passing through the middle of the sea, they also followed them and proceeded by that way. As all the Egyptian forces descended into the sea, Moses heard God command, Put back your staff. As Moses lowered his staff, the waters of the sea rushed over the Egyptian soldiers. In an instant the vast army disappeared into the depths of the sea. The Jews got safely ashore. Musa went ahead with everyone. A huge desert ahead. After crossing a short distance, their stored water and food ran out. There is no sign of water anywhere in the desert. Gradually everyone was getting thirsty and hungry. Many did not want to move forward.
Musa was confused, from where will he give water to so many thirsty people. Water was found at a place after going some distance. That water smells so bad, whoever can afford it. Musa sat in prayer. After finishing the prayer, he threw some tree leaves into the water on the command of Allah. Immediately that water became a delicious drink. Everyone quenched their thirst and filled all the pots. Those who were blaming Moses repented and asked for forgiveness. All accepted Moses as their preceptor and leader. All proceeded as per his instructions. Within a few days, all the food was gone. No food was found anywhere around. Everyone was tired from hunger. Again they began to blame Moses. We have to suffer so much because of you.
Musa calmed everyone down and said, "You have forgotten our God, Allah." He forced "Pharaoh" to allow you to emigrate. He divided the sea, saved you from the soldiers. He has provided you with water. Yet you doubt His power. As soon as Musa finished speaking, a flock of birds flew from nowhere. Jews kill birds and eat meat at will. And no one has any doubts. Musa is their undisputed leader. All swear that they will obey all the commandments of Moses in life and death. Moses brought all the Jews to a secluded place called Rephidim. Dhu dhu sand all around, sometimes small hills, somewhere. There is no source of water.
Moses went on again. He went some distance and stood in front of a big hill. By Allah's command, a stone was moved and a spring of clear water came out. That water quenched everyone's thirst. A tribe called Amalek lived in Palestine near where Moses came. to allow a new group of people to enter their territory Seeing that they prepared for battle. On the other hand, the Jews were tired, weary, exhausted from the long journey, and they all said to Moses, we will definitely lose in this battle. You seek shelter elsewhere.
Musa encouraged everyone and gathered all the men of his party and prepared for battle. A brave young man named Joshua was given charge of the war. A fierce battle began. Musa himself joined the battle. At the command of Allah, he climbed the mountain and raised his staff towards the sky. At the beginning of the war, the Amalekites were harassing the Jews. But when Musa raised his staff aloft, the tide of battle changed. The Jews leapt upon the Amalekites with valor. The Amalekites could not bear the great persecution of the Jews.
Distraught, they ran away. The Jews advanced with renewed vigor towards Palestine. Mount Sinai on the way. Seeing that there is no shortage of water and plants here, Musa ordered everyone to pitch their tents there. At that time Musa's father-in-law Zegro was passing that way with his wife, two sons, and companions. As soon as he came closer, he realized that they were Jews who left the country. Settled here under the leadership of his son-in-law. Jethro was a priest in the tribal community. He worshiped various gods and goddesses. He said to Musa, "I have understood by hearing the words of your God, He is above all gods, He is the source of all power." So far I have been led astray. None of the gods we have worshiped are equal to Allah. I want to worship him. Moses appointed righteous and wise men from among the Jews as judges. At this time, Musa heard the message of Allah one day late at night, Musa, I will send one of my messengers to you. All of you will follow him. There will be many obstacles on the way you go. Enemies will create obstacles in your journey. But my blessing will not harm you. You will advance to Virdarp. If you see idols of other gods on the way, destroy them. And spread my advice everywhere. Those who worship idols are my enemies, you will destroy them.
The next day Moses called all the Jews and said you will all be pure for the next two days. On the third day the angel will appear. Then we will follow Him. Two days passed. On the third day, the sky was covered with thick clouds. Along with frequent lightning strikes, thunder. Suddenly, a bright light came out of the thick clouds. His light dispelled all darkness. It was seen that a piece of floating cloud descended from the sky on the top of Mount Sinai. A cloud of white smoke billowed out and engulfed all the mountain tops. At that time a miraculous voice came from the cloud, Moses, come up to the top of the mountain. As Moses climbed to the top of the mountain, he heard God's voice saying, O my beloved devotee, I want to convey the ten commandments to all the Jews through you. Don't just obey me. All of you must follow these ten rules. Allah then gave ten commandments in the ear of Musa. Allah is invisible, giving some more instructions to Moses. The voice faded into the air. The cloud of rays of light fell. Everything became normal.
The ten rules are as follows:
There is no god but One-Allah. You shall not worship any god but Allah. Two-Allah should not be accepted only as a god. each of his Instructions must be obeyed. Three-six days a week will work. Do no work on the seventh day. This day is a holy day of rest. Four parents will be devoted, respected, and must fulfill their duties. Five- Do not kill any human being. Six - No woman or man shall ever commit adultery. 7- Don't steal other people's property. Eight- Do not bear false witness. No. Do not covet another's property, or take what belongs to another. Ten- altars of worship should be built. This advice is written on a stone. That stone was placed on the mountain. So that the future descendants of the Jews would know God's commandments. This time Moses went up to the top of the mountain to meditate on God. Musa was engaged in deep meditation for forty long days.
Meanwhile, everyone was worried about Musa's absence. Everyone came and caught Aaron, the brother of Moses, he forgot the instructions of the Ten Commandments. He made a golden calf and said, worship this calf as the symbol of Allah. Then I will sacrifice it and finish the puja.
Everyone rejoiced in the Calf Puja. Allah became angry after seeing this idolatry of the Jews. He said to Musa, I will destroy them all for this evil deed of theirs. I will create a new nation. Moses realized that God was angry with the Jews for their wrongdoing. He knelt down and said, O Lord, forgive this crime of your children. God calmed down with Moses' words. He gave two more stones inscribed with his instructions. When Moses came down from the mountain with the two stones, he saw the Jews celebrating around the image of the golden calf. Moses became enraged by this intemperate anti-religious behavior of the Jews. So he roared in an angry tone, stopping this dance and worship festival. The Jews had never seen this angry image of Moses. They were terrified. Musa said, "Those of you who obey Allah's command and want to be my companions, come and stand on my right." Those who do not want to follow the path of Allah, go to the left. All the Jews came and stood on the right side of Moses. Musa said in a serious voice, "You must atone for the wrong you have done." Moses said, "Come forward with one sword from each family."
As they all came with swords, Musa said, "Kill any one of your brothers, friends or loved ones with this sword." This is not my command, but Allah's command. Everyone bowed down and accepted the order. Moses no longer lived together with the Jews. He lived in a separate tent. Day and night he was engrossed in the meditation of Allah. Sometimes he only preached the instructions of Allah. Apart from the Ten Commandments, these were separate instructions. One-foreigners will be loved as natives. Two- Traders should take the correct price without rigging the weight during the purchase. 3- Do not have illicit relationships with other's wife. Char-Idolatry, witchcraft is totally prohibited. By Allah's order, everyone prepared for the journey to Palestine. After walking for three days, they arrived at the outskirts of the city of Canaan. Camp is set up here. Moses sent twelve experienced men from among the Jews to Palestine. They visited different parts of the country and said that the southern part of Palestine is the most prosperous region. Musa said, We are settled in the south of Palestine
I will set it up, all of you go ahead. The border provinces of Palestine were then inhabited by two tribes, the Amalekites and the Canaanites. These two tribes had been living in Palestine for a long time. The people of the two presences simultaneously fell upon the Jews. The Jews were not prepared for this sudden attack. They fled for safety to a secluded desert called Harma. Moses realized that in order to enter Palestine, he had to enter by another route. They came to the edge of the Canaanite kingdom. Seeing the strange Jews, the Canaanite king attacked them. This time the Jews were already prepared. They were defeated by the wisdom of Moses.
Finally they came to the banks of the Jordan River. Across the river is the kingdom of Moir. After passing that state, Palestine. The green desert of Palestine can be seen from the top of a high hill on the banks of the Jordan. Meanwhile Musa was anxious to set foot on the soil of Palestine. At that time he heard the divine message of God. O my dear devotee, the time has come for you to leave the world, get ready. The next day, he called all the Jews and told them about God's command. Abandoned all responsibility in front of everyone and entrusted it to Joshua. After admonishing all, he sat down in prayer. Realized that his time was up. He witnessed many things in the world for 120 long years. Forty years ago, as the shepherd led his flock, he brought the entire Jewish nation out of Egypt and into the wilderness of Palestine. He never enjoyed happiness in his life and never had luxury. Lived an honest and simple life on the path of religion. Every moment he expressed his unfailing love for the oppressed Jewish people. Protected them from various dangers. All his work so far is over.
