Chance

There she was lying in her pool of tears, wondering when it all started falling apart.She thought to her self “was it the day I went through his things " or “was it the day I introduced him to my family ".

She could clearly remember the day she introduced him to her family members. Things seemed fine at that moment. Every member of her family like him except for her mom .Her mom called her aside and said to her “Anna, i don’t think his a good person.He might have a pretty has but also have a bad heart " her mother said to her. Then Anna said “mom there is nothing to worry about. He treats me like a princess and shows my best interest in heart.” She said. “I just told you my opinion but it’s ok if you don’t want to listen. Just be careful " said her mother as they walked back into the house.Finally it was time for Anna and her boyfriend James to head back home . She kissed her mom and dad goodbye before she got into the she . On get home she asked James if they could go to the shopping mall and get somethings . He agreed but on the condition that he wouldn’t pay for anything that she bought. At that point she got so confused as to why he was saying something like that but she brushed it off her mind thinking that he was angry with her. She decided to leave the idea of going to shop and head back home with James . They got back home and he was still giving her attitude. She decided to confront him . As she opened the door and was about to enter his room he shouted “get out of my room “ she tried talking to him but he didn’t listen to her . Finally she gave up and went back to her room. It was 7:00am in the morning when she woke up . She did her normal morning routine and made breakfast wait for her boyfriend to come out of his room but he didn’t, she walked up to his room and opened the door to find out he was not there . She tried calling he but he didn’t pick she had no choice but to go to work and hope he comes back in the night. She closed from work at about 6:30pm . As she opened the door to the house and switch on the light there he wasAs she opened the door and was about to enter his room he shouted “get out of my room “ she tried talking to him but he didn’t listen to her . Finally she gave up and went back to her room. It was 7:00am in the morning when she woke up . She did her normal morning routine and made breakfast wait for her boyfriend to come out of his room but he didn’t, she walked up to his room and opened the door to find out he was not there . She tried calling he but he didn’t pick she had no choice but to go to work and hope he comes back in the night. She closed from work at about 6:30pm . As she opened the door to the house and switch on the light ,there he was ,with a ring on his kneeling to propose to her . Tears rolled down her face as she said yes to him . The night she called her friends and family to tell them about the good news not knowing that was the beginning of her nightmare. They started preparing and distributing the weeding card because the weeding was two weeks ahead . The day finally came them to be married , as her father walked her to the altar, there her mother was at the side feeling like the worst was about to come like she knew what was waiting for her daughter ahead .

Anna wore a white long weeding dress while her husband wore a black suite .After they have gone over their vows the weeding party begins . It was a long and wonderful day . One year has already gone since after their weeding. Anna was pregnant for a baby girl . She was already two months into the pregnancy when her life started falling apart. Sometimes she would stay up all night waiting for James to come back and the other time he will always ignore her calls. That when she started suspecting that her husband was cheating on her . She wasn’t sure anyways but decided to go through her husband phone. He finally came back night and was drunk, as he went into the kitchen to get water, she rushed to his phone and started checking it . That was when she found out that he was dating one of her friend (lily ) . She burst into to tears as she went to the kitchen with his in her hands as she went to confront him . “ how could you do this to me . After everything I’ve done for you . I’m almost three months pregnant and your cheating on me with my friend " . Immediately he started beating her , he dragged her by the hair throwing on the floor and started kicking her even on her belle while yelling “ why would you go though my phone, who give you the permission to do so .”

After that he left her on the fall and went to lily’s house. That when blood started flowing from underneath her gown and she started feeling pains in her stomach. She stretched and finally got to her phone she called her sister telling her to rush and come get her . Two hours later they were in the hospital when Anna was given the worst news of her life that she had lost her baby . Her sister had to console her through out the night . The next morning her husband rushed to the hospital after hearing the news. On getting there , he saw Anna’s sister waiting for him . She walked up to him and give him a slap . He buried his head in shame while listening to Anna’s sister . “What made you think you could hit my sister? , what did she do to deserve what you just did to her huh !!? , you just killed your baby with you own hands on saying that , she walked back into the hospital. Anna begged her sister not to tell their parents about what happened. She was trying to make an excuse for her husband because she still loved him . Her sister agreed but on the condition that he should break up with lily and that if he did such again he would be jailed. After she was discharged he took he on a vacation in order for her to forgive him . He told her that he was drunk that was why he hit her and that he would never do such again and she believed him. Time has passed since she lost a baby girl. He has been treating her well and giving her everything thing she asked for . He even bought her a brand new car just to make her feel at home . Things started falling to place and life was going well till the day James came back with lily. He told Anna that lily was pregnant for him and she should get out of the house immediately. He brought out a divorce paper from his bag signed it and forced Anna to sign it. After she signed it he throw her out of the house with her belongings and told her never to come back . With the small money she had she booked a tiny room. They she was in her drenched clothes she laid on the floor and regretting the day she ever meet him, wishing she had listened to her mother, wishing she left him after she lost her baby . But it was already too late.Was already broken.

The next day she pack her thing from the hotel room and moved in with her sister. Her sister was surprised to see her in such condition and asked her what was wrong. She fell into her sister’s arm weeping and telling her everything. After her sister put her to sleep, she called their mom and dad and told them about everything that had happened between Anna and James. Anna’s family decided to file a case of abuse with a fine attached to it .The day of the final trial came ,Anna and her family were there as well as lily and James. At the end of the Court trial James was fined 50$ to be paid to Anna in the next one week. Anna decided to pardon him and not press charges for the death of her child. With the money Anna had she decided to travel and strat a new life . She became a change person and swore that she would never allow anyone use her the way James used her .
