5 Honeymoon Destinations in the US in 2023

First of all, if you are looking for Honeymoon inspiration, let me start of by saying Congratulations! As someone who has gotten engaged in 2023, this is such an exciting time! Planning a honeymoon can be stressful, so don’t be afraid to pass on the planning to someone else! 5 - A Destination Cruise

I am not ranking these in any order, as I know that everyone has different tastes and opinions. This list is purely for inspiration! My first suggestion for a top-notch honeymoon vacation is a destination cruise! Cruises usually bundle food and non-alcoholic drink costs in the price of the cruise, so they can be a pretty cheap option! While the prices of cruises can depend on location/destination, number of nights, and cruise-line, the semi-all-inclusive feel is exciting! I have been on a few Carnival Cruises in the past, but Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises are becoming increasingly popular! And, of course, I can’t not mention Disney Cruises! If you are a Disney fan wanting to take your Honeymoon out of the theme parks, and Disney Cruise is perfect for you!

4 - Walt Disney World

Listen, I am a theme park junkie and a full fledged Disney Adult. Considering I am planning on going to Walt Disney World for my Honeymoon, I had to include it on my list! My favorite thing about Disney is that there is a sense of security at the parks. It takes the anxiety out of travel and I love that you can tailor your vacation to whatever vibes you are feeling! If you want to take a chill day and explore the parks, you can do that. Want to run the parks from open to close, riding every ride there is? You can do that too! Want to spend the day at your hotel? You guessed it! This is your trip, so make sure you make it yours.

3 - Universal Orlando Resort

Are you looking for a more “adult” feeling theme park for your honeymoon? Universal Orlando Resort is a great theme park that feels more grown-up, while still providing a magical experience that’s a blast! Explore the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Marvel, The Simpsons, and more! The rides at Universal can be pretty intense, so if you aren’t into coasters, this park may not be for you. Although it is still amazing to explore, so don’t let that turn you away!

2 - Castle Hot Springs, Arizona

This one is a bit of a wildcard for me. I’ve never visited this location, but I have always heard amazing things about it. Castle Hot Springs is purely secluded and quiet, so if that sounds like you, this would be your perfect honeymoon! This resort with natural hot springs is all-inclusive, and houses no-more than 63 guests at a time! This location is a perfect choice for someone looking for a quiet, relaxing experience!

It’s not hard to convince people that Napa Valley, California is an amazing honeymoon spot! This location feels like luxury, with high end cuisine and- of course- wine tastings for every palette! Not to mention, the views are amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing spot featuring luxury, amazing cuisine, and wine, this spot is for you!
