Feeling sluggish? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 31.6 percent of US adults don’t get enough sleep, and it shows. The side effects of that sleepiness range from memory problems to heart attack or stroke; it’s no surprise that you’d want to improve your energy levels. A few new lifestyle habits will have you feeling more energetic in no time!

Pay attention to your plate

One of the easiest, yet most effective ways to increase your energy is to look to the food you eat.
