The detoxifying food is often made up of various vegetable juices for this purpose - celery, parsley, beets, black radish, cabbage, potatoes, etc. - plus a mixture of teas to cleanse the kidneys and liver. , two organs of major importance in the body and whose "intoxication" makes our lives harder to bear.
These internal detoxifying treatments last between one week and six weeks, depending on the purpose: cleansing, destruction of gallstones, kidney stones, metastases, allergies, depression, constipation, etc.
External detoxification is done in the spa, by wrapping in different hot masks (the temperature is adjusted according to the various problems of each, and people with atelectasis or hypertension can benefit from these treatments).
