Give Yourself More Energy!
Don't end up walking around like a zombie by noon. Go to sleep early! This should be a given, right? I know, I know, you've heard it a million times. It's probably the truest thing you will ever hear, though. The earlier you go to sleep, the more the sleep is worth. Between the hours of nine and ten, your sleep is equal to three or four hours! So while you're only getting, say, six hours of sleep, it will feel like way more. Between eleven and two, your body is in its deepest sleeping state, which is also when it does its daily body cleaning and what gives you the most energy. When you hit three to six, one hour of sleep is only equal to about fifteen minutes, which is basically nothing! Get to sleep earlier. Seriously, it really does help.

Ask Kat-Kat Chat: Self-Care Routine
I am sure that we have all found ourselves in a place in our lives where we feel that we are unsatisfied. Maybe even feeling a little restless in our daily routines, wondering what it will take to feel content again. Some of us may have even experienced times in our lives where it’s hard to focus or even get out of bed in the morning and just following the motions of our lives.

The Dark Side of Technology
Research indicates that constant use of technology is associated with increased levels of stress, depression, and anxiety. There are several theories as to why this may be. Certainly one of the theories is that in a world regulated by constant information bombardment, we don't have the traditional work/life balance that has allowed us to keep our stress levels under control. Most people remember the days when they had a 40-hour work week and rarely received calls at home in the evenings and weekends. However, we now live in an era when you may well be working in one capacity and expected to handle incoming texts and calls at the same time. Gone are the days when you could leave your work at work. Now, employers voice distress if they do not receive a response to a text or are unable to reach an employee by phone right away.

Simple Sensuality
I have always found simple things can bring great joy. I fell in love with loofahs as a young girl around the same time I fell in love with french milled soap and silk. It wasn't one of those things I shared with others, it just was part of my self-care routine. However, this past year I shared my love of the loofah with my friend John. It was the beginning of a beautiful adventure.

How To Love Yourself: 6 Tips
I never truly understood why self love was so important until I was in my last relationship. Until I met my previous boyfriend, I gave everyone my everything. But I always felt empty in my friendships and relationships. I poured into them, and even though they were pouring into me, I felt as if I had a hole in my heart. I never figured out what that hole was, until I met my boyfriend. From the moment he met me, he knew that there was something missing in my life, he knew that hole was there; even though for years I was able to mask it from everyone else. It took him a while to actually figure out what was missing, and ever since he showed me that I needed to start loving myself first, my life was forever changed.

Why Is It so Hard to Lose Weight?
Why is it so hard to lose weight? I am 28 years old, I’m 5'3'' with “Nanny King” boobs, as my family lovingly refers to them. This is their kind way of saying gigantic and will some day see your knees, because gravity is not kind, boobs.
