Here are some of those things I have acquired, and some helpful tips to also help you become more human-like too.

Do We Actually Give a Damn?!
I cannot help but wonder if we as a general populace actually care about ourselves... In specific, I’m referring to our health, as I see more and more people becoming ill, health declining, doctors and hospitals constantly backed up, mental health diagnoses becoming more frequent, children being diagnosed with depression, etc. I feel as though the only logical conclusion is that not enough people actually care about health.

Blurry Vision
Throughout our lifetime many of us will take eye health and clear vision for granted, it is only once our vision starts to degrade that we become acutely aware of just how important it is to our daily lives. If you find that you are experiencing blurred vision in one eye or both, you are most likely suffering from a refractive error within the eye.

When Your Man Lets Himself Go
Ok, I’ll be the first to confess, wearing heels is the first thing I ditch once I’m past the “trying to be impress” stage. I celebrate coupledom by opting for comfy flats and return to stilettos only when and if absolutely necessary.

Let's Talk About Sugar Awareness!
Sugar is a pretty polarizing substance. While many of us love it, we also know in the back of our heads that it is not good for us at all. The natural remedy to that is to moderate it, of course! Vision Therapy: What's The Vivid Vision
Vivid Vision intends to offer treatment for those eye sufferers who are suffering from strabismus, which is an eye muscle imbalance. The engagement of reputed optometrists in the country had given the project a wide range of publicity. The other aspect of the project includes assessing binocular vision too. The specialists involved in the project are required to treat suppression and amblyopia. It involves dimness in vision while no apparent disease could be observed. You must always look for these signs. Treatment of the diseases requires direct supervision from a licensed eye care professional. The theme of VIVID VISION is typically used in combination with other treatments and eye exercises.

Poisoned
In 2019, my life changed forever. I found out I had been poisoned. I was like any other 20-something growing up in London. My life was fast, filled with gigs, shows, dancing, work, friends, lovers, getting my nails done and travelling as much as possible. I was working in the music industry as a creative strategist for a major record label, project manager and creative director and producer. I had finally got to a stage in my career where I loved my job and I had worked so hard to get there. Life really seemed to be falling into place.
