First of all, You have to a routine for the perfect sleep which will start in the morning.
Step 1: Wake Up with your favorite song then Take a Nice Hot Shower.
Step 2: Eat a great breakfast along with Orange Juice, Grape,Or Apple Juice. No Coffee.
Step 3: Take your time at Work and if you can listen to your Spotify Playlist or Pandora to help you relax at work or If you don't work then You do some exercising or chores around the house blasting your favorite playlist while taking care of business.
Step 4: During your lunch enjoy a meal you really want to eat. Not a meal you wish later on You shouldn't. Also with that meal enjoy a good book or watch a movie or a tv show you didn't finish last night. It will make your lunch break so much better.
Step 5: Take it easy when you go back to work. Because You are very full. So Hope you don't have to do too much when you come back. Shake it off you are in the 4th quarter and just keep thinking about that nice cool/warm house and your beautiful living room and knowing you will be able to spend time with your loved ones when you get home. Once you get through all of this. You realized that everything you have done today has been worth it.
Step 6A: For those who have to walk home. I suggested you get something cold to drink and Take your last 15mins of your job and go hide in the restroom until It's time to clock out. So You can relax your feet, your back, and your sore muscles. Maybe use that time to check out your social media to kill time. Ok Time to Clock out Drink your cold drink to hydrate yourself.
Step 6B: Before you go home get you something for the road something cold to drink or Ice Coffee and turn on your playlist and breeze through the traffic and If you got a good playlist on your Spotify. It will relax your mind through these crazy drivers and back up traffic. Just tune out all the bad elements and just focus on the music and the road and just take your time and Everything will be all right.
Step 7A: So if it is hot outside. I suggest you have your house temperature at 70 degrees or lower. So when you come in all sweaty the cold air will hit you in the face. If it is cold outside, have your heater on 78 so you can get warm up quickly when you step in the door. I suggest you go straight to your bathroom and get water ready. Now If your body is sore. I would get some Epsom Salt liquid that works the best and pour and your bath water and soak your body and feels the Epsom Salt doing its job. And If you don't like baths then take a hot shower and make sure you used the shower head over what hurts the most Then After your bath or shower, Kick back in your living room on your sofa or love seat and relax and spend time with your lover or loved ones Make sure you eat dinner at 3 hours before bedtime. So you have time to digest your food. Send your kids to bed. Enjoy time with your spouse/lover before it's time for bed watching a movie then maybe move to the bedroom and make love and then if you aren't too tired. Take a hot shower or bath then pull out your journal or diary and write about your day and how it made you feel and did exceed your expectations or was it the worst day ever and How can you make it better tomorrow. Check on your kids and the house and Kiss your spouse/lover maybe some pillow talk then turn off the lights and Good Night.
Step 7B: For the single people. Kick back in your living room after your bath or shower. Binge-watch your favorite show or movie. Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. Talk on your phone call your buddies or girlfriends to hang out. Before Bed, Have a One Night Stand or Other. Take a hot bath or shower. Write in your journal or diary about your day or post it on social media. Turn on your Spotify playlist and doses off to your favorite song. Wrapped around your body pillow on your fluffy Lull mattress and Dream.
In Conclusion. The kind of day you have determines the kind of sleep you will have. If you have a lot on your mind you will not sleep well at all. That's why you gotta write down your thoughts or talk to someone to relax your mind. In my opinion, A hot shower is a better wake-up than coffee and any kind of juice in the morning is perfect. Grape juice is good for fiber so that breakfast food will go through you no matter what you ate. I also love being cold all year round the colder it is before I sleep the better. Sex is the best way to relieve stress and help you sleep better. If you can have sex or other then just cry yourself to sleep because you can't have sex. Good Blanket, Pillows, and sheets also make you sleep better, and also that last shower before bed is also wonderful and you are fresh as a daisy and if you got that box fan on medium and the air conditioner on and slide under the covers.
