Ready Your Toothbrush

Start from Back

Roll Away

Upper and lower premolars of the teeth must be brushed well too in a circular motion.

Inside of cheeks and tongue should be brushed regularly

Apart from the teeth, tongue, insides of the cheek, roof of mouth also needs to be cleaned as they also hold food particles, bacteria, and plaque, which makes breath smell bad. It is advisable to brush the tongue, inside of cheeks and roof of the mouth thoroughly, as these parts of the mouth also deserve the same excellent care.

Rinsing rightly will do the remaining task

One must end up the brushing process with the proper rinse. Either mouthwash or water can be used for rinsing.
