I was looking at the last year of my purchases through Amazon and figured I would do a quick list of all that I bought. Some were amazing and will use over and over.. Others, not so much. But, that is the fun of having an almost infinite market place at our finger tips. Each item was a real life purchase. Result: Did not work for me. I have used different types of these supplements and it usually does take a bit to kick in. In the defense of this product, it may actually work better over long term use as some in the product comments did state that. However, I did not see much result.

Final Verdict: May work for some but I would not purchase again.

I saw all the commercials with Shannon Sharpe and noticed approaching 60 he looks fantastic, and after using this I feel like I am also heading in that direction.

Results: Love it. I have had this as a part of my morning smoothie routine for 10 years. I think it helps me to live better, and not get sick very often. It is best taken in a smoothie with protein and maybe other fruits you may like as this stuff does not taste that great. However, you are not using it for the taste. Mixed with other ingredients is the best way to do it.
