I am seeing the plight of people... people suffering due to Covid, losing their friends, their family members... And people praying for respite- asking God to stop this...
And I think why I cannot pray with them...
But I cannot, because the moment I close my eyes... I hear the voice:
"Is humanity back?
Is the good and truth healthy now?
Is love able to get up and play without boundaries now?"
I ask, but was it not always so...
The voice replies,
"For the earth to move, the birds to fly, the oceans to sing and the Sun to play... the hands need to be hands of good... and heart needs to be filled with love... Love for all creation..."
"Are the hands leading people, the hands of honesty or are they filled with blood?"
"Is the voice leading people, the voice of truth or does it spins the web of lies"
I try to resist...
I ask but had this fight not always there- the fight between good and evil? Some time good winning and at others bad...
The voice roars, "yes good and bad has always been there, but the balance always shifted towards good, towards love... And when it is not so... I use my forces of nature to bring the balance back..."
I am silent...
And can only pray, please spread wisdom and love to humans... help them see the truth... give them courage to stand with the truth... and fill their hearts with love... love not just for their own- but for strangers... even for those who they consider their enemy...
The voice smiles...
I gave humans hands so that they can do- good or bad, I gave humans the heart so that they can- love or hate, and gave humans the mind - so that they can decide. And free will - so that they have the right to choose...
I am an energy healer, healing and teaching energy healing since 1994… (not that time or experience matters). From my past life journeys I know this is not the first time I am a healer. But it is the first time I am overwhelmed with healing requests.
As an energy healer, it is important to visualize each person we feel and call them (their higher self/energy body) with names and after healing send them back in their realm. And since this process requires focus- throughout my healing journey I had given healing to not more than three persons at a time. And it worked well. Till now.
As India is going through a devastated second covid wave, in a duration of 4 days (last four days to be precise) I had healing requests increase from 25 to 100. I tried telling a few that I already have many patients - but they started crying… making it difficult for me to say no.
You may ask why I am writing this - I am writing it for all those who had or will request me or any other energy healer for healing. Please understand the energy need of healing - and bring that change in your lives:
The Covid effects:
- Throat- which is controlled by Throat Chakra- the source of truth- speak truth, when forwarding messages please verify the truth- and to your children your friends teach the importance of truth. Truth is more important than winning. Support people who show the courage to speak and live truth.
- Lungs and Heart- they are controlled by Heart Chakra- the chakra of universal love - please remove any hate from your heart, do not have ill-will for other beings- no matter their species, gender, caste. And when it comes to supporting at personal level or national support people who show the same compassion in their words and past actions. Yes I know you may be bombarded with fear- “Hindu khatre main hain” - and it is this fear which is not letting you see the truth. Try and see beyond the fear.
- Abdomen- digestive tract: This is controlled by the Solar Plexus Chakra - the chakra which gives us courage, the chakra which gives us logic, helps us differentiate right from wrong. Have courage, try to see beyond obvious.
If you had requested me to heal, you know that this is not my profession - it is not the source of my bread and butter, I just request for an energy exchange and you are free to choose how and much.

Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.
