Manifest Anything Using Meditation: The Power of Your Subconscious Mind
How manifesting helped me achieve my goals and How you can use it to master your mind!.

Have you ever wanted to manifest something in life, but just couldn’t? You might be trying too hard.
Meditation can bring you closer to your intuition and help you manifest anything you want in life because it teaches you how to listen to your own desires. When we meditate, we create a space in our minds that is free of judgment. We open up to the possibilities for ourselves and others because when we are in this state, anything seems possible!
How meditation helps you manifest anything?
Meditation is a task performed to achieve inner tranquility and an emotionally stable state. But doing it the right way and using the right tools while doing it, can open doors to manifestation.
What is the ‘Flow State’ in the meditation process?
While meditating, you’re in a ‘Flow’ State, which can help you manifest and transform your dreams into reality. It’s not about ‘How much time you meditate’, It’s about ‘How you meditate’ that makes a difference. Meditation and Manifestation go hand in hand but either of the two isn't magic. Meditation helps you achieve the flow state and If you do the right thing during the flow state, Manifestation will follow.
So before digging deep into the meditation and manifestation process, Let me first tell you two things, you need to know before meditating unless you want to feel exhausted and quit meditating before even starting it:
Don’t pressure yourself: As a newbie, you don't have to do meditation for 2 hours straight because if you are putting excessive strain on your mind, that will do more harm than good. You don’t have to start manifesting right when you start meditation, that won’t happen, first focus on achieving a deep state and creating a serene atmosphere.
Spend time finding the right posture: Let me tell you something, there’s no universal way everyone has to follow during the meditation process. Meditation should be a calm experience for you, not stressful. Though The ideal position is to keep your back straight, eyes closed, and palms in your lap. But you’re free to do it the way you want, just make sure that you feel comfortable while doing it. I generally practice meditation in a dark room keeping my eyes open as it helps me concentrate better. Again, do what’s best for you.
Wrong & Dangerous meditation:
25% of those who meditate report negative experiences.
Why? Because they didn’t do it the right way. I, myself, didn’t like meditation when I first experienced it because I had absolutely no knowledge of what to and what not to do during meditating.
But here’s the good news, if you keep the two aspects stated above, in your mind, meditation can prove to be a lifesaver.
Guided Meditation
Having said that, I’d recommend you to start with ‘Guided meditation’. You get to a point in your meditation practice when guided meditation just isn’t helpful or necessary. But until you reach that point, it can be incredibly useful to have someone giving you instructions as you meditate.
Here are some excellent guided meditation sessions which helped me achieve a stable mental state while meditating as a beginner:

How to manifest while meditating:
Decide the right time to meditate: It can be early morning, afternoon, evening, or night. Whichever suits you the best. Though I’d highly recommend early morning or night. This is when the world around you is silent and you can easily get into that ‘Flow state’ of meditation.
Start with a good mantra, music, or anything that helps you feel comfortable: Listening to mantras can be very effective but it can be dangerous also. So one should be very careful while choosing the mantras. Don’t go for high-frequency mantras, remember, the aim is to create inner peace. Mantra has the power to soothe anxiety and create joyous feelings. It’s believed that the sound vibrations produced during mantra chanting stimulate and balance the chakras (energy centers of the body).
Slowly get into the flow state and start to manifest: When you can experience nothing but your breathing, you’re already in the flow state. Try to keep your focus on your breath and between eyes, face slightly upturned. Now Imagine yourself working joyfully for your goal. Imagine that you have already achieved your goal and experience that pleasure.
You can have a dream, but if you don’t actually believe the dream could happen, you’ll have trouble being able to manifest your goals. Meditating with an affirmation that helps visualize your dream helps create a sustainable practice of both visualizing and manifesting with meditation.
Do this every day for 30 minutes (Anyone can spare this much time for themselves, right?), and Let me know how you feel after meditating in the comments down below.
