Personally when it comes to my weight loss journey I use moringa powder twice a day. A teaspoon on an empty stomach in the morning and a teaspoon at night after I’m done with eating for the day . What I have noticed is that it gives me more energy I.e it leaves me feeling energetic and I have observed that I burn calories faster with this. The change has been amazing.

Also it helps with menses in people with pcos. I recommended it to a friend of mine who suffers from pcos abs she hadn’t seen her period in months, she took the moringa powder for 2 weeks and she stated seeing her period and she has been seeing it pretty consistently ever since then.

There are so many untapped uses to this powerful wonder powder. The possibilities are endless and I can’t wait to see the benefits that keep being discovered about this wonder plant.
