Let’s Talk About Autism
The rising cases of autism are due to maternal inflammation

My kid asked, “what is autism?”
I explained to her, and it inspired me to write on it.
Autism is a condition where the individual deviates in behavior. They are overstimulated and have difficulties in meeting milestones.
The symptoms and severities are so different that it is called ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
Growing up in the ’80s of rural India, we never knew the word. I heard about it maybe 15 years back, and more about it as I came to the USA.
It’s the country of over-consumption, over-inflammation, over-diagnosis, and over-treatment. So, autism is rampant.
I worked in a laboratory adjacent to an autism center. I would see mothers bring their kids for therapy.
Back to the ’80s. I had not heard of autism, but it doesn’t mean I hadn’t seen cases.
There was a girl who was very slow, her features were not sharp, and people bullied her.
I had seen many more cases. We knew they were different, but there were no explanations for the causes.
Living in California now, I see autistic kids a lot. They don’t talk even when they are 5 years old. Even if they talk, their vocabulary is very limited.
I met a mother in Dubai Airport who was sharing about her non-verbal 5-year-old son.
So, what’s going on?
If people have a better quality of life, and mothers are taking prenatal vitamins, why are autism cases rising?
I don’t want to entirely blame pollution for this. We are bringing it on ourselves!
Mothers these days are inflamed more than ever. They may be spruced with all the grooming products, but how their nerves, enzymes, hormones, and blood thickness look is another story.
Women are facing PCOS and resultant infertility. So, many of them are taking hormone pills.
They are getting blood pressure and gestational diabetes in pregnancy. The care team has kept thresholds so low that most females fall into some issues.
For the sake of the baby, they will take whatever medication is prescribed.
It’s been going on since the Thalidomide disaster. Women take medicines for the viability of pregnancy.
Drugs are easy to get. Go to any pharmacy, and you will be disgusted. They have medicines and supplements for bloating, insomnia, brain fog, nausea for everything!
The chemicals are tampering with the brain of the growing fetus.
Add to that rising cases of IVF and cesarean surgeries.
All these factors are combining and leading to the babies with behavioral problems.
Not only females, but males contribute to autism too. Yes, I have seen men who expose themselves to scents, have damaged sperms. Do you think such suboptimal sperms will help make healthy babies?
I myself know how I had to go to a doctor who suggested aspirin for the entire length of pregnancy so as not to let my blood pressure rise.
Could they not ask me to walk regularly?
Anyway, I defied the daughter, sensing it will not be safe for the baby's growing brain. I minimized all chemicals from my life, managed stress, stayed active and avoided aspirin.
We are breeding autism, I must say.
I am worried for the next generation. Autistic people can be very smart but are often socially-challenged. It’s not a good thing, as we live in a society and need to have strong emotional intelligence.
The richest man on Earth, Elon Musk, has a form of autism. I have seen in Instagram profiles, some autistic kids being aggressive, for they struggle with emotional regulation.
If we don’t want an epidemic of neuro-divergent kids, we must reduce inflammation in our lifestyles. Let’s not forget, the brain is made of neurons, and neurons don’t like acid. Acidic environment is a hallmark of inflammation.

I worked looking after three ladies with autism in a community home it was hardwork yet so rewarding 🏆🏆🏆
My grandnephew has Autism and yes, he is hard to figure out. At times he just blurts out whatever is on his mind no matter who he hurts. We are a country that depends on medicine too much. Note-If I get a migraine I mainly just go and find a very dark room and lie down with a cold cloth and a bucket for if I am able to throw up it helps a lot. sorry for the TMI.
