Mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon cassava, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and half a teaspoon of ginger powder in 2 glass of lukewarm water and drink it. This tip is to be used twice a day. Initially use this tip once a day so that ginger does not heat you. Then start using it twice in a few days. This will eliminate all the body fat.

3:Drink water, especially before meals.It is often said that drinking water can be helpful for weight loss and medical science has proven it right. Drinking water increases your metabolism by 24 to 30% for one to one and a half hours and helps burn more calories. According to a recent study by the University of Birmingham, drinking half a liter of water half an hour before a meal can help people eat fewer calories and reduce body weight by as much as 44% in just a few months.

4:Cutting down on sugar consumption. The addition of sugar to the diet of the present age is the worst component and most people make too much of it a part of the body.
