Think about a time you had a stressful day at work and you just needed to unwind, laughter helps relieves that stress. Laughter leaves you in a more relaxed state. You feel rejuvenated after a good laugh as if you just visited the spa.
Laughter also helps you to relieve tension in your shoulders and neck. Endorphins are released from the body to put you in a real good mood. Your immune system is strengthened, and your body turns into this machine to fight against infection and pathogens that would try to invade your body. Therefore, building resistance and improving your health.

There's another saying, "sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying". This is not to say that it's bad to cry, because crying helps relieve built-up frustration and the feelings of being overwhelmed, so it's also healthy to cry to relieve stress and pressure as well. However, laughing instead of crying strengthens you, especially when all you do is cry lol. Have you ever said to yourself, "I'm tired of crying" yep definitely understand?

Laughter lightens loads when you're angry and ready to blow a fuse. A shared laugh between two people or more can help diffuse a situation quickly. Have you ever been mad at your spouse, but then they say something funny or flattering and you couldn't stay mad at them? And then the two of you decided to make up. The funny side of things makes an argument or disagreement seem so petty right? That's exactly what laughter does for you, it brings people closer together. So many of us are learning to laugh more. Laughter puts things in perspective.
With all we are facing in the world, we definitely have to find that happy place. Laughter boosts your creativity it helps you tap into your creative imagination. Laughter dispels negativity in your life, helping you to look at the bright side of things. What are ways you escape the misery of unhappiness, resentment, anger, and difficult times?
