How to Be Big
How to be big in a world that isn’t? It’s a question I’m still struggling to answer. Every day I’m trying to convince myself that I belong here with the other half, the thin one. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not pissed off at the world or anything like that. Not my style. I’m just super uncomfortable with the shape I have. I get the whole movement to feel at peace with yourself in any type of body, it’s so fresh and very 21st century, but I still can’t feel that way. What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I see the beautiful woman everybody’s talking about? The one that I basically don’t see in the mirror?

Seven Day Trial
My friend recommended me to a gym and I was given the opportunity to try the gym for free, for seven days, no strings attached. At first, we laughed it off. She just needed names to sign people up, and we both knew I'd never actually end up going. I'm just not the gym sort.

Add in the fitness aspect and we are on a roll, especially since we both have a desperate need to get fit! With that being said, here are the next four days...

Why Vape?
People have been smoking for almost as long as there have been people. Tobacco and marijuana have long been among the most popular (though by no means the only) smokable substances. Smoking has had its ups and downs—tobacco smoking rates have declined significantly in the United States over the past 50 years, and smoking rates reached a low of 14.5 percent in 2016, down from 42.4 percent in 2017 (though marijuana smoking remains extremely popular)—but it has remained relatively unchallenged in its niche. Until now.

Boost Your Wellness with Swimming
For good reason, many people are ditching the pavement for the pool when it comes to their overall health. Swimming is known to increase your muscle tone, cardio capabilities, and bone strength. Non-competitive swimming is one of the best fitness activities you can do year-round.

Is Organic Coffee Healthier Than Tea?
Both tea and coffee are versatile, delicious drinks that can wake you up and put some pep in your step. While these drinks are similar, many people automatically make the assumption that tea must be the healthier option. However, coffee doesn’t exactly deserve the bad rap that it gets. Coffee, especially organic coffee, might actually be much healthier for you than you ever thought.
