By basri hasanPublished 4 years ago 3 min read

The rate at which young people are suffering from kidney disease nowadays is extremely worrying, so delay in treatment leads to death. There are 5 possible causes of this disease.

Lets see them one by one and gain some knowledge.

1. Delay in going to the toilet:

This is a terrible thing. It can be considered as hitting your foot with an axe. Keeping your urine in your bladder for a very long time is a dangerous thing. This can cause severe damage to the bladder. Urine that stays in the bladder makes bacteria grow faster and faster. Once the urine returns to the ureter and kidneys, the toxins can cause kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis and even uremia.

2. Too much salt can be used.

You should not eat more than 5.8 grams of salt per day. Too much salt can irritate the mood and cause high blood pressure which can lead to many diseases, like hyper tension ( high blood Pressure)

3. Eating too much meat is also bad for your health.

Eating a simple diet is always a sign of good health. Too much protein in your diet is bad for your kidneys and health. Protein produces digestive ammonia - a toxin that is so destructive to your kidneys that too much meat can cause more damage to the kidneys.

4. Consumption of tea

Nicotine and too much caffeine causes a lot of problems in the body as caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start to hurt which is not good for your health.

Therefore, soda bottles available in the market should not be used in the daily routine. If this is not possible, then the amount you drink daily should be kept to a minimum. Energy drinks are very dangerous except water. They have a lot of negative effects on the body. The main cause of kidney disease should be avoided

5. Don't drink too much soft drinks as most people drink less water which leads to many diseases including gastrointestinal, stomach, sugar, blood pressure. Keep in mind that our kidneys need to be properly hydrated so that they can function properly. How to do it. If we don't drink water, toxins can start to build up in the blood, because there is not enough fluid to get them out through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. This is an easy way to check if you drink.

Continue to use coffee, tea and water as needed: Check the color of your urine daily in the washroom. Lighter, yellowish color is a sign of danger. Walk daily.

Important health tips:

1. Answer phone calls from the left ear.

2. Do not take your medicine with cold water.

3. Do not eat heavy food after 5 pm. Light cooked food does not affect the stomach. Avoid drinking water immediately after eating. It causes stomach and gastrointestinal diseases.

4. Drink more water in the morning, less at night so that you do not feel the need to go to the washroom again and again.

5. The best time to sleep is from 10 pm to 4 am.

6. Do not lie down after taking medicine or immediately after eating.

7. Do not answer the phone when the battery lasts less than last time, because radiation is 1000 times stronger. Send this message to others to whom you belong. It is for your own good and the good of others. Giving relief to someone is always a matter of reward. Good advice is also the best charity.
