There are many sides of Karma. Your actions decide which side of Karma you will get. The main side Karma has shown is her bad side as of late. Karma is not one to be trifled with. As of right now with everything that has been going on in the world, especially here in America, I fear Karma is NOT in a good mood. She is probably overworked and pissed off. Karma has bigger fish to fry right now. From corrupt politicians to racists and even the basics like murders and rapists. It is just going to piss her off even more every time Karma has to make a pitstop to deliver your petty karma. Before all this crap that has been going on you would've gotten your regular karma, However, since Karma has a huge workload, you're just going to be thrown in with the rest of them and get far worse Karma than normal. Why you say? Because quietly frankly she is tired of your shit. I mean who wouldn't be? If I were Karma I would be irritated as all hell with the way the world is acting right now. I bet you on New Year's Eve she probably wanted to slap the crap out of every fake moron who said, "New Year, New Me". Anyways, like I always tell everyone, always try your best to put yourself in someone's else shoes regardless if you can fit them or not. Karma is not the exception of that advice. I am here to you tell you my perspective of Karma, the Universe's greatest warrior. I myself has had my share of both good and bad from Karma. I have also witnessed other sides of Karma.
There are many entities of the Universe that do the biddings of the higher power. Without these entities there would not be balance. Some of those entities include Time, Death, and of course Karma. These entities in particular are, in my opinion, of the highest ranks of the warriors in the Universe's army. They are commanders and what shall be will be. As a side note, me and Time don't get along, but you best believe that I have the utmost respect for him. I will tell my story and perspective of Time in another article later.
Karma. The commander of what shall come to pass. Besties with Time and Death. Kind but unforgiving. She is the judge of your time among the living. Of the many entities she is the one I wouldn't mine to be. Karma can be as calming and warm as a sunset on a Sunday or as powerful and destructive as a category five hurricane. She can smile the brightest smile down upon you or watch you bleed out with a straight face. Karma is both what you want and what you fear. Karma can lead you to new beginnings or she can end you as swiftly as the sharpest Katana. And if for any reason ending you becomes an issue; she has friends like Death that she can call at any time. My favorite thing about Karma is that she can be highly creative. Sometimes she gets bored or just wants to have fun. So, the karma she brings unto you can come in very artistic, clever, and unexpected ways. Karma is not a god. However, like Death she should be feared as if she was a god. She is a judge. She decides what your reward or sentence will be.
I have rarely witnessed the bad side of Karma because I have tried my absolute best to be a good person. And now more than ever I continue to do my best to be a good person no matter what. But just like any human I have made mistakes and Karma made sure that I learned from my mistakes. She showed me tough love. Most of the karma I received I could tell was orders from God himself. A lot of people think that you must do something bad to someone else in order to have Karma come knocking on your door. That is far from the truth. Like I said, Karma is not just bad. She can be good, humbling, and fulfilling. She can also be a teacher or a guide. If you do something bad even to yourself, you can most definitely expect a visit from her because your individual existence matters too and plays a small role in the balance of life itself. Karma has molded me into this unrelenting humble woman. And through her tough love over the years, I have come to learn that if you want to keep the good in your life you and everything around you must be good as well. You cannot expect to receive what you want if you are not trying to embody what that "want" will require of you.
One of the biggest mistakes one can do is to take Karma lightly. Never mock her or underestimate her existence. Karma may get irritated if you do not learn the first time she stopped by, but she will have no problem coming back around as many times as it takes for you to get the picture. Believe me... I would know. Karma had to keep coming back to me and putting me through the same things until I finally learned the hard way. I kept allowing things to happen to me and then blaming the universe for it. I was a fool. Each time Karma had to keep wasting her damn time coming back, she would amp up the karma. Things got worse before it got better until I learned what she, God, and the universe were trying to teach me and show me. Some would say that Karma is a bad guy, but I think she is more good than bad because she plays a key role in maintaining the balance within ourselves and the workings of the universe itself. Some would consider her neutral. She has a job, and she does it. Period. No questions asked. No mercy. Whatever is coming to you will come to pass whether she or anyone else likes it or not.
My goal this year and from now on is to stay on her good side. The perks of knowing all sides of Karma is that you know what you want from Karma because you have had a feel for it all. I want good and bad karma. Why bad you say? Well, when I say "bad" I mean the learning kind of bad. I can do my absolute best to be a good human and woman but at the end of the day I am still human, and I will be human until the day I die. Everyone knows that humans are severely and even sometimes disgustingly flawed. However, I don't know about you, but I want to always become better. In order to grow and get better in life I will have to endure trials and tribulations. Nothing good comes easy and you can bet your ass Karma will be there to make sure that you are reminded of that. Whatever Karma will bring to me is inevitable. So, I might as well hunker down, take whatever is given to me, and strive for the best.
The point of this article is not just to talk about Karma but also to remind everyone that you are not the center of the Universe. You are only a task of which Karma must complete to sustain balance. Watch what you do, what you say, and the person you become. Because anything you do will cause Karma to either come back to help you prosper or to bite you right in the ass. I want a humble, happy, and plentiful life so I choose to stay in Karma's good graces. What do you desire from Karma? That is a question you should ask yourself every single day.
