Get your body back to its best condition!
From posture, diet, skincare, daily routine, to exercise, shape your perfect self.

If you can’t wake up during the day and can’t sleep at night, feel dizzy, have a poor memory and reaction time, are gaining weight, experiencing hormonal imbalances, breaking out, dealing with social anxiety, or losing hair, then it’s time to consider whether your body is trying to send you a warning. This article will help you get back to your best self by addressing posture, diet, skincare, routines, and exercise.
Body Posture:
Do you feel that hunching over and slouching makes you look less graceful because of bad habits? The bigger issue actually comes from your emotions. When you feel insecure, stressed, or negative, your body naturally adopts a protective posture, which only worsens your forward head and rounded shoulders. How can you fix this?
1. Build your confidence. Don’t lower your head and hunch over when you meet people.
2. Strengthen your back muscles and adjust your breathing.
3. Reduce negative emotions. Don’t live a negative life or work under high pressure. This is the most important point, and it brings your body closer to its optimal state.
Diet:
When your body is in a semi-hungry state for a long time, your ability to cope with stress decreases, leading to anxiety and mental exhaustion. Foods high in sugar can help combat these emotions, but consume them in moderation. Too much can make your mood unstable, leading to irritability and depression. Eating things like milk tea, cake, and pastries should be timed and portioned. This means eating at 7 AM, 12 PM, and 7 PM, with an hour of leeway. Following this eating schedule brings your body closer to its optimal state.
Skincare:
Do you really understand your skin type? Even if you do, do you know how to treat it? First, identify your skin type. Go wash your face, pat it dry, and then wait for half an hour. If you feel nothing, you likely have normal skin, which usually shows few breakouts, good elasticity, and is neither dry nor oily. Many men have this skin type and it’s quite resilient. If your skin feels tight and dry, I suggest applying some moisturizer after drying. If your skin is oily and nothing seems to help, I have tips for that at the end.
These are common skin types, and I’ll share a face-washing routine. During the day, avoid using face wash and use cold water instead. Pat dry with a towel and at night use warm water. Always wash your hands before washing your face, and gently massage face wash in circular motions. Then, use a towel to absorb the moisture before starting your skincare routine.
For oily skin, it's not just about using the best products to reduce oil; it’s crucial to maintain a regular sleep schedule and a light diet. Avoid staying up too late and over-cleaning your skin. Remember to avoid touching your face too much, and you’ll be one step closer to that optimal state.
Lifestyle Tips:
These days, a lot of people struggle to fall asleep, and irregular sleep patterns often leave both the body and mind in a funk. Why is it so hard for you to get to sleep? A big reason is that you’ve mixed up the concept of your bed.
When you do things you usually do, like eating, gaming, or scrolling through your phone, all in bed, your brain easily forms a conditioned response. What you need to do is build a strong connection between your bed and sleep, so that "bed" equals "sleep." Don’t be scrolling on your phone while telling yourself how much time you have left to sleep. Avoid your phone for the 20 minutes before bed.
Gaming and watching videos can be addictive—your brain gets all hyped up, and the phone’s light keeps you awake. Instead, try listening to some music before bed, but set a timer; playing it all night will mess with your sleep.
If you stick to a consistent sleep schedule, your sleep will be healthy. Pulling all-nighters is defined as sleeping less than seven hours and having an irregular sleep cycle. Good sleep is essential.
Only good rest can give you energy and keep your spirits high, bringing your body closer to its best state.
Exercise Tips:
When your body stays inactive for long periods, your mood tends to dip, and you can feel anxious and sensitive—making it tough to experience happiness. Your skin may become dull, yellowed, and loose, plus it's super easy to gain weight.
So how much should you exercise? Aim for at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic activities every week, such as jogging, swimming, climbing stairs, or cycling. You should also incorporate some strength training, like using dumbbells or gym equipment.
With enough exercise, your mood will brighten, and you'll feel more resilient; your skin will improve too. If you don’t usually eat fruits and vegetables, hate working out, and have a habit of staying up late, consider taking a vitamin C supplement daily.
Exercise transforms not just your exterior but also your inner self.
Once you master these five points for your body, you'll be well on your way to achieving your ideal state.
